Quirk has a really good selection of bevvies to whet your whistle. They have IPAs, Stout, ciders, etc... but they also have some Wine too! They don't make wine, but if you are more of a wine person, they offer wine too. So... they aren't just a beer place. They are so much more! Quirk lets you do a sampler tasting so my mom and I tried 3 beers and 2 ciders. The surprising one for me ... the Kolsch! I've had this style by other folks... and I hate it. Quirk's Kolsch however... I found quite enjoyable. It wasn't the funky, harsh, weird after-tasting kind like I had experienced at other places. Theirs is smooth, light and quite delightful. I now stand corrected that I don't hate all Kolsch. Thank you, Quirk for educating me. The 2 ciders we tried were quite tasty too! I really liked the drier one, Fuji Cider. It was not very sweet, it had an apple essence and you could tell you were drinking a cider with alcohol. The Honey Pear Cider was sweeter... more like a fizzy soda so it was dangerous to drink because I could easily pound a few of those and not realize the alcohol content. BONUS: They have a Mexican food truck on-site (Agapa's) serving up homemade eats that are handcrafted with care. Their tortillas are not the regular thin, flimsy store-bought kind. They are Homemade!
