Excellent sandwiches can be ordered here! We actually tried to go to a different restaurant but they weren't open so we moved on and was looking for some other options for supper. We saw Graze not far away from where we were and did a quick check on Yelp and liked the review average that we saw so Steve and I decided to go in for to try it! Graze mostly specializes is sandwiches so that is something to be aware of. The ingredients and the salads that we got with our orders were excellent quality and very fresh. Graze is my go to place in Walla Walla. As a vegetarian and health conscious person, I know that I'll always find something hearty here that doesn't leave me bloated after. I've tried the cold vegan sand which, the veggie panini, and most of the salads with tofu added and I am always impressed with the speed of service and quality of food! This is some fantastic food with a variety of choices that could please anyone. As a vegetarian I loved that there were several delicious options that stood out on their own as amazing options (not an afterthought) and there were also options to substitute the meat out of other menu items too. The 4 star is because the portions were quite huge for a lunch and were quite messy to eat as a "to go" item. The paper the sandwiches were wrapped in fell apart instantly and the huge overflowing sandwich became a messy lot to manage. However, the food was super delicious so it was totally worthwhile! I don't even like sandwiches at all and the vegetarian torta was superb! Definitely eat here but be prepared to split an item/ save part for later and bring a napkin arsenal! read more

Had the most amazing panini ever - the seasonal asparagus panini! As another reviewer said, people line up for the place. But my experience was dampened by the mean unhappy people who work there. When ordering, I asked how long it would be for to-go, since we had a flight to catch. Was told 15-20 mins. I had 30 mins to spare so I said OK. Ordered 2 seasonal asparagus paninis. 30 minutes later, finally one sandwich shows up and I'm told the second one is going to be another 10 minutes. So I with one sandwich and we shared it. When I pointed out to a service person the discrepancy in the timing (in a very nice voice, I was not complaining, just wanted them to know), she defensively said with a b-tone in her voice that they had a line out the door and not all the tickets were on the screen, so it was very hard to estimate timing. Hmmm, well the person who took my order could have said he didn't know. Regardless of how much I enjoy the food when I'm in Walla Walla, I would not go back here, simply because of the b-treatment by people who work there. read more

I had forgotten how much I love a great panini, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the in. Mine had Turkey, caramelized onions, a little bit of heat in the form of chili flakes, Brie and provolone, and a tiny bit of Mayo. (I held the bacon which is usually part of the ingredients) It was REALLY good! I think the name probably came from the sound people make when they try their first bite, sort of a When Harry met Sally moment. Driving through Walla Walla today we decided to try a local sandwich shop and I'm so glad we did! I ordered the Veggie Torta without cheese and the Quinoa salad. The sandwich (torta) was so big I saved the salad for dinner. The sandwich was loaded with fresh veggies and the chipotle sauce added great flavor and a bit of heat. I ordered a half salad but wish I'd ordered a whole one because it was so good! The carrot Indian vinaigrette was mild but tasty. I'm excited to find they have locations in Kennewick and Richland. If you don't know, tortas are a popular sandwich from Mexico traditionally served on a bolillo (Spanish pronunciation: bo-LEE-oh) or pan francés (meaning "French bread"). Any hard French-style bread will do. These guys missed the boat on the bread--big time. Aside from that, the pork was hot, tasty, and well seasoned. The other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I absolutely love sandwiches and have been chowing on some of the very famous ones in California and Seattle for years but damn this can give any of them a run for their money. I got the Sexy Time which is grilled chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, thyme, chili flakes and brie. OMG it was outstanding. What an explosion of flavors, such beautifully contrasting textures; every bite was bliss. My wife got the Veggie Torta which is black beans, pickled jalapeños, chipotle dressing, avocado, cilantro and more veggies. It was fantastic. Packed with fresh ingredients and flavor. I am very picky and grumpy when it comes to my sandwiches and I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Fantabulous. Might just be worth going back to Walla Walla for them. p.s. We walked in and quietly waited for any acknowledgement or greeting or clue if they were available and taking orders. I got the salad soup combo... roasted pear salad with blue cheese & cashews, with the cup of Moroccan soup...oh yeah, with sprouts on the salad because sprouts rock. The portion of the salad was bigger then expected...with big cashews and lots of yummy slices of pear. The dressing was lacking a tad...so I asked for more.
