I was eyeing their Nashville Hot Tofu Chk'n Biscuit before my arrival to Nashville. Hence, putting my game plan in motion to stop by Graze's on my way back to Atlanta. The Biscuit (moist and flaky) with their creative twist on ranch dressing was so good and as the messy drive home agreed. I also ordered the (Memphis) BBQ Bourbon sandwich with marinated Seitan, coleslaw, ranch, pickles on a toasted burger bun...soooo tasty. I normally don't eat Seitan, yet was surprised in a good way. Amazing customer service, friendly staff, and food that's truly worth every great dollar I spent. Graze is vegan comfort food made with perfection.

Mushroom & Queso Bowl add Tofu Scramble, GF Blueberry Pancakes, Brunch Tostadas, Tofu Chicken Biscuit, Quinoa Sweet Potato Salad

Food and Service were wonderful. The ambiance was inviting. The space was clean. I got the Mushroom & Queso Bowl add Tofu Scramble and it was so delicious! The Coconut Queso was an absolute hit. I haven't stopped thinking about it since I got it. I got the Quinoa Sweet Potato Salad from the dinner menu as well but it was very similar to what was already in my bowl nonetheless delicious all on its own. Boyfriend got the Brunch Tostadas and he enjoyed them. We both got the triple stack Gluten-Free Pancakes to share and the texture was like an old fashioned pancake we contemplated getting another stack. That's how good it was. Our friend got the Tofu Chicken Biscuit as well as a single pancake. He liked his biscuit and ended up ordering another pancake! All in all, wonderful mindful eats. I would 100% recommend and return.

Chix'n Bacon Ranch Club Sandwich and Potato Salad GF

Graze is a vegan comfort-food spot ("plant-based bistro and bar") that was even featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! Guy Fieri himself tried their famous Vegan Chik'n Bacon Ranch Club Sandwich during Season 34, and now I know why--it's incredible. Made with breaded tofu, fresh veggies, creamy soy-based ranch, and smoky vegan bacon, this sandwich was absolutely perfect--delicious, very tasty, and super filling. Service was excellent--fast, friendly, and everything came out clean and fresh. The ambience is just right for Nashville: relaxed, welcoming, and not too loud, which makes it a great place to enjoy a meal. If you're in town, this spot is a must-try.

I have been to a few vegan restaurants in my life and THIS was the best one by far. I took a day trip with one of my besties and we looked that place up before we took the journey. Graze is location in a cute little plaza with shops, restaurants, such a nice area to fellowship. we were seated immediately. For my drink I ordered Yerba Mate-Enlighten Tea $4. This is so good and after returning, I bought some out of the grocery store. CHICKPEA BAY CAKES-House classic crispy fried chickpea bay cakes served with a side of cocktail sauce $13. So flavorful. Will most definitely order them again. For my entree, I ordered Tofu Chk'n Biscuit Fried tofu chk'n, hank sauce, pickles // house made biscuit $10.50. Also a side of broccoli and cheese $4.75

I enjoyed the most delicious pancakes this weekend at Graze! The vibes are cozy, staff is friendly, and food is delicious. This pancake stack fulfilled this gals breakfast dreams of egg free pancakes (because eggs hate me now, cool...) when no other local restaurants could (I called several places on the hunt for some flapjacks I could enjoy). Grateful for places like Graze that give options to those of us whose choices are otherwise limited!

Skillet Cookie Sandwich with ice cream and peanut butter drizzle

We came to this vegan spot to try their food. We got the Tofu Chick'n Club, Hot Tempeh Sandwich, a side of fries, Skillet Cookie Sandwich, and a Bearded Iris beer. Everything tasted amazing! The peanut butter drizzle was a little on the sweeter side for my liking, but was still good. The inside of this place has a decent amount of seating and is located in a fairly trendy area. This restaurant promotes a LGBTQ+ friendly environment and I loved it! The staff person who helped us was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. If I'm ever in Nashville again, I'd most definitely return!

Four carnivores walk into a vegan restaurant by accident..... And love every single thing they ate. We were clearly fish out of water, and not one person was pretentious or treated us like we didn't belong. And yes, I've had that We ordered the potatoes and brussels sprouts for sharing. Each were gobble down and absolutely loved. We tried the hot "chicken", patty melt, tostada. Loved ALL! We even took another order to go for one our friends who was home sick.

I absolutely love that we have vegan-friendly restaurants like Graze so easily accessible in East Nashville. This spot has such a robust menu, I'm confident that even the staunchest of carnivores will find something to enjoy. A friend and I visited for dinner recently on a Sunday night, and were pleased to find no wait for a table when we arrived. This can be a rarity in East Nashville, especially during the summer months. We each started with a glass of Prosecco, which tasted a bit flat to me. Next time I might try one of their cocktails instead. We also shared an order of their Nachos Supreme, which is a must-order for anyone nacho fans. The toppings are plentiful, the vegan cheese is melty, and I truly don't think you'll miss real meat when trying their tasty seitan chorizo. For my entree, I went with the Green Chile Burrito. This was packed with flavor, and the portion size is spot on. My only critique was that the potatoes were a bit large compared to the rest of the mix-ins, and they sort of fell out of the burrito at points. Not a huge deal, but just something to note if you prefer to pick up your burrito instead of using a fork. We were a bit sad to learn that their vegan Tiramisu is no longer on their dessert menu - my dining companion had visited Graze years ago and raved about this tasty take on this Italian classic. Even still, this is a great plant-based spot in East Nashville, and I'd recommend Graze to vegans and meat-eaters alike looking for something fresh and flavorful.

Hot Tempeh Sandwich

it was so hard to decide because everything sounded SO good. ordering was a game time decision for me. i just had to go with my gut. I ended up getting the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and the szechuan salad. my partner (the birthday boy!!!) got the hot tempeh sandwich. everything was so good. i was counting on a dense crumbly biscuit and that's exactly what i got. i'm not a huge salad person but i couldn't stop talking about how good my salad was. i really enjoyed the dressing and the tofu. the hot tempeh sandwich was delicious too. the slaw really made it. such a satisfying all vegan meal.

Brussel Sprouts and tofu scramble and potatoes in the background.

Let me start by saying that I am not a vegan; however, the majority of my diet is plant-based, so I absolutely enjoy vegan food and restaurants, and have been to numerous vegan restaurants throughout the U.S. While in Nashville, I searched for a delicious vegan restaurant that also serves gluten-free options. I came across Graze Nashville on Yelp. I asked the hubby if he would try it and he obliged. Upon entry, I noticed that the restaurant had a "grunge vibe". I was thrilled to have found this restaurant because I was in the mood for gluten-free and vegan breakfast items plus gluten-free desserts. The restaurant seemed busy; however, we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. When it was time to order, I decided to try the blueberry pancakes (gluten-free), the tofu scramble, and tempeh bacon. My hubby ordered the roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. Ok, so where do I start... the pancakes, the pancakes were absolutely delicious to be gluten-free and I loved the fact that they had a lot of blueberries. The tofu scramble and tempeh bacon, I just could not get with. The tofu scramble had too much turmeric in it. It overpowered the flavor of the scramble. The tempeh bacon was absolutely inedible in my opinion. I took two bites and just couldn't eat anymore. My ratings: Blueberry Pancakes - 4/5 Tofu Scramble - 2/5 Tempeh Bacon - 0/5 My hubby liked the brussel sprouts but they came out lukewarm warm. He stated the potatoes were good as well. He asked for ketchup and they gave him a bottle that was dirty and seemed opened. When he tasted the ketchup, he almost spit it out. He said it was spoiled. That left a very try bad impression on him. Husband ratings: Brussel Sprouts 2/5 Potatoes - 4/5 Ketchup - 0/5 Customer service was good - 4/5 I simply cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience; however, if you are 100 percent vegan, then you may absolutely love this place

The East Nasty was pretty good overall, the fried chicken and gravy were flavorful and comforting, but the biscuit underneath was a little underwhelming. BUT oh boy the B-Roll... omg WOW. I've genuinely never had anything like them before. My husband called them "cinnabon on steroids" The pastry was light, warm, airy, and perfectly soft. Then the gooey pecan topping was sooo good, and the cream cheese icing on the side tied everything together perfectly. Absolute chef's kiss. Honestly, order this when you come here.

I've been wanting to try this place for ages, but it always seemed packed. Well, today (Memorial…read moreDay) was no different. I tried to swing by around ten minutes to noon, but it was a disaster. There were heaps of people waiting outside, and it didn't look promising. I went to the hostess stand and asked the guy if I could get a table for one, and he said, "Oh, you can sit at the bar; it's open seating. There's one open seat right there!" So, I walked through and was approached by another worker who asked me what I was doing. I told her the guy said I could sit at the bar, and there was an open seat, even though I never saw one. I did see open seats outside at the bar, though. The bar has two sides, one outside and one inside. It seemed alright; it wasn't too hot or humid, so I went. There were dirty dishes all over the place, and I sat down. Another worker asked me, "Are these dishes yours?" Which seemed a bit strange because the guy works the bar and wouldn't he have known the person sitting there before me left them? Anyway, I said no, and he cleared them. I then waited about 5 minutes before another worker skillfully wiped the bar of debris and then got three menus and three sets of silverware (two more guys sat down next to me) and asked me if I wanted water. I said, "Yes, please." She went off, and then shortly after, I saw the same guy come with a menu and a set of silverware and a water. Thumbs up for the water but thumb down for the slowness. I saw the menu and was torn between pancakes and biscuits. I didn't really want anything heavy, so I got the biscuits and gravy but added an egg. I also got a coffee. The wait time for the food was super quick, and the food was really good. The biscuits are small, and they're okay. The egg was good, but it's kinda hard to mess up an egg. I saw the food the people sitting next to me got, and it looked amazing! Pancakes, etc. Overall, the service was pretty bad, but the food was good. I saw no sense of urgency in the workers when they were obviously swamped. I might come when it's not so busy next time. Side note, maybe I'm showing my age, but the price of regular drip coffee was a bit steep. ($4).

I'll start off by saying I'm not the biggest fan of pancakes, nor cinnamon and have to be in the mood for both. Today happened to be the day. I tried their pancake sampler, with cinnamon, Caribbean and banana bread pancakes. They were all good, fluffy, airy and flavorful. Banana bread with their maple syrup, Caribbean with cinnamon. But, their cinnamon pancakes were amazing!! Those were definitely the winner!!! Best pancakes I've ever had. Their three pig omelette was pretty bomb as well. I got some of their sausage gravy on the side, to douse the omelette and that was definitely the move there. I think this is the first time I didn't need to use cholula for flavoring. The location is centralized, set up nicely, with huge open indoor space with plenty of seating outside. The service was great as well. Attentive and fast. All in all, I wish I had the time to come here yesterday, so I could try something different today. But, I took the place for everything it had and it definitely delivered. Highly recommend and I will be back, when I'm in the area for sure!
