Came here early on a Sunday morning and line was not that bad. Ordered the Ube Bee and the Playing Dirty. First one had bacon, second had spicy pork belly. They were both sweet and savory but the UB learned a little sweeter than the second. I liked them both but I have had Egg Tuck and Eggslut in LA, so by comparison, I gave this place a 4 out of 5 because the eggs skips be a soft scramble and the bread should be a little fluffier. A lot of food in Nashville is overrated...this place is not. The HEC had crispy thick Texas-style toast, soft fluffy scambled egg, and crispy hash brown, OMG this was amazing. I came here for brunch after church on a Sunday. I found street parking nearby and walked over to a small truck. There were 3-4 benches across from the truck where you can sit and enjoy the sandwiches. We ordered three different kinds of sandwiches: yuzu egg salad, bulgogi, and ube. My bf and I came after seeing raving reviews (and honestly the pictures) from fellow Yelpers, and it far exceeded our expectations. We split the Oh My Gogi and Playin' Dirty, and both were absolutely loaded with saucy flavor - savory, warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. Service was quick, maybe a 10-minute wait on a Friday around 11:30am. We stayed and ate there at one of their outdoor picnic tables. It is easier to find if you access it from the street vs behind the building.
