OH MY GOSH!! y'all!!! This place is the best kept secret of all time, first of all ,it's a trailer!! which goes to show you can judge a book by it's cover! Because the food here is phenomenal, and even that doesn't explain these sandwiches which are off the chain!! They have outside seating , service was great and quick, only thing is they don't have a bathroom, you'll have to go across the street or hold it
We got our sandwiches at the food truck. Overall filling and variety of options. Ube was a sweet and savory whereas bulgogi was a personal favorite but needed more sauce throughout the sandwich since the sauce is placed on top. Service was quick at the food truck and ambiance is super cute. 9.2/10, would recommend
I have never been disappointed by one of the egg sandwiches but my favorite by far is the oh my gogi! It is absolutely delicious and you can't get anything like it anywhere else. I have never been to the storefront before so I can't comment on it but I have regularly ordered from the stand at the Richland farmers market. The workers are always so on top of it and it is the perfect breakfast to explore the farmers market with!
Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Huge fluffy Japanese milk bread with a folded scrambled egg and Korean inspired fillings. The egg was super fluffy and not dry at all and the sauces added so much flavor but you could taste every ingredient. We got the classic which was really good. And we got the one with pork belly which was my favorite the meats smokiness perfectly balanced out everything. Also we ordered ahead of time and it sat for a long time without getting too soggy before we ate it!
I stumbled upon this food truck while I was on the hunt for some breaky, and I'm so glad I found this spot! I ordered the Playin' Dirty sandwich, which has spicy pork belly and eggs as the main ingredients. Who would've thought the spicy pork belly with the eggs together in a sandwich?! My goodness, it was savory yet filling! The sandwich pairs well with their truffle hash browns, which were so fun to eat since they were bite-sized! 11/10, I highly recommend this spot!
Came here early on a Sunday morning and line was not that bad. Ordered the Ube Bee and the Playing Dirty. First one had bacon, second had spicy pork belly. They were both sweet and savory but the UB learned a little sweeter than the second. I liked them both but I have had Egg Tuck and Eggslut in LA, so by comparison, I gave this place a 4 out of 5 because the eggs skips be a soft scramble and the bread should be a little fluffier. Maybe it was because I ordered ahead. Next time, will try coming here in b person and asking for a soft scramble. Otherwise, love the flavor combinations in these sandwiches!
It's good! Tasty egg sandwich truck. Got the playin dirty sandwich. It was good! I liked the little crispier bits in the pork belly. Just wish the sandwich was bigger. You'll definitely need a side too. The eggy tots were great. Just needs a little hot sauce for my taste. There's no coffee here but there's a cafe across the street. Service was good. Friendly staff. It's a convenient location with plenty of street parking nearby.
Such a solid breakfast sandwich! Egg Drip is a food truck in East Nashville serving up Korean egg sandwiches which add a unique twist to a classic. I tried the double trouble (Added bacon for crispness) And it was loaded with saucy flavor. The bread was soft on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside. Mine was egg forward but savory, rich, and perfectly balanced. Service was friendly and quick! They have outdoor picnic tables to enjoy the sandwiches. Already planning my next visit!
A lot of food in Nashville is overrated...this place is not. The HEC had crispy thick Texas-style toast, soft fluffy scambled egg, and crispy hash brown, OMG this was amazing. So delicious and the sauces drizzled on it added a nice contrast in the savory flavor. My partner got the BEC, basically the same but with bacon instead of the hash brown -he loved it too. The picnic tables with umbrellas was a vibe and we grabbed a coffee across the street while we waited for our sandwiches. The service was very nice and quick! This would be a hit in Miami....you guys should totally open a location down here ( so I can eat this more...)
Hubby and I split the bulgogi and HEC and both were absolutely delicious. The bread especially was stand out. Generous serving sizes with both sandwiches overflowing with toppings in the best way. There was no wait at 9am on a Friday. Service was friendly and fast and the outdoor seating was perfect in the springtime. Would definitely recommend and return!
I am not one who typically seeks out breakfast food, but it just made sense around the time my friend and I were looking to grab something to eat before hitting the road. With that being said, we were at least looking for something different to try. As soon as we saw the pics here, we were hooked. I had never heard of a Korean egg sandwich, but was more than willing to give it a shot. And man, I'm so glad we did. It was SO. GOOD! There were many different kinds to try - I went with one including bacon and cheese. It is a pretty large sandwich, too! Egg Drip is located in a small food truck tucked into a neighborhood, so it was a bit tricky to find first; However, there was plenty of seating outside. This place is incredible and must be on your Nashville foodie list!!
During my trip to Nashville, we decided to try this spot on a whim before heading back to the airport. From the bottom of my heart, I'd fly back just to eat here again. I even made a point to walk back to their food trailer just to tell them how delicious it was. Keep in mind, everything is made fresh to order, so the line can get a little long....but trust me, it's absolutely worth the wait.
If you're looking for the best sandwich in town, Egg Drip in East Nashville is the spot. They are incredibly creative with their menu, and their "premium toasts" on fluffy Japanese milk bread are on a completely different level than your standard breakfast sandwich. The Standouts: * Oh My Gogi: This is a best-seller for a reason. The beef bulgogi and kimchi combo provides a perfect umami punch that balances out the rich eggs and cheese. * Playin' Dirty: My personal favorite. The spicy pork belly is absolutely packed with flavor, and the addition of okonomiyaki sauce makes it so unique. * The "Ube-Bee": You have to try their new specialty Ube sandwich. It uses vibrant purple Ube French toast with bacon, eggs, cheese, and a hash brown patty, all drizzled with miso maple syrup. It's the ultimate sweet-and-savory combo and looks amazing. * Yuzu Egg Salad: I'm usually not even an egg salad person, but this one is surprisingly good. The secret has to be the Yuzu Kosho (Japanese citrus pepper salt)--it adds a bright, zesty kick that cuts through the creaminess perfectly. The Vibe: The presentation is 10/10--these sandwiches are basically made for Instagram. It's also a huge plus that they open at 8 AM, making it a reliable option for an early breakfast before the Nashville crowds really start moving.

Delicious sandwiches!! Will be back to try more. Got the Ube Bee and Playin Dirty, both were excellent. read more
Egg Drip is a walk-up food truck, so expect that there may be a wait, especially during busy times. It is was worth it because the food is cooked to order and served fresh. The customer service was excellent as well, friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There's some limited outdoor seating near the food truck, so keep that in mind if you're planning to eat there. Overall, Egg Drip is a fun East Nashville breakfast stop with creative, made-to-order food. The Ube'-Bee French Toast Sandwich is definitely worth trying if you like the combination of sweet, salty, crispy, and savory. read more

We were driving through Nashville and decided to stop here for a quick breakfast. My GPS took us to the street behind the food truck, but it was a quick walk there. I got the BEC, no ketchup. We also got eggy tots with no aioli, which are not pictured. The food was AMAZING! Everything was fresh and made to order, and was so full of flavor. There are 4 picnic tables on turf to sit and eat. If it's busy, you may need to stand or take it to go. While we sat at the tables and ate, most of the orders we saw were either carry out or pick up. Can't say enough great things about this place! 11/10! read more

Overall: Yes. If you saw it on TikTok or Instagram, it is worth the visit! I am so happy to have another Asian food spot to check out here in Nashville that is truly GOOD. I am so excited to take friends/family here when they visit. We got the "Ube-bee" and "Oh My Gogi" and both were delicious! It was nice to have a sweet and savory option. I was so happy to try this place and that it did not disappoint. I also got the matcha, which was a nice addition. I was pleasantly surprised bc I haven't seen that brand out here in Nashville (so far). Service: Really friendly staff! Took our orders quickly and we didn't wait long. Ambience: To-go pop-up vibe, but there is outdoor seating right next to it that was cute - and it's set up amongst other restaurants and bars in East Nashville. read more

Stumbled upon this gem whilst my boyfriend grabbed a cup of Bongo Java across the way! Egg Drip is located in East Nashville, inside a camper looking food truck! We ordered two sammys and they were ready within 5 minutes! Quick fast and delicious! For being technically a food truck, it didn't even feel like one! It felt like a cute brunch spot with outdoor seating! (There are wooden benches that you can sit at if you eat there) read more

Exceptional breakfast sandwich experience and great variety with a Korean flair. Loved the Japanese sweetbread. Service was friendly and quick. This is a permanent food truck and they also have a spacious seating area. Had the Le Drip which I LOVED. Generous portion of perfectly crispy hashbrowns made it a wonderful time spent! Will be back! A+ read more

Tried the BEC and the Early Bird and they were absolutely phenomenal. The aioli on the Early Bird elevated it to a different level. Everything was perfectly cooked and constructed. This was my first experience with Japanese milk bread and it is one of my new favorites. I completely recommend getting a side of aioli instead of the sweet ketchup. Wasn't brave enough to try the Oh My Gogi but I wish I had, because I know they would've knocked it out of the park. read more
From the packaging, to the service, to the novelty, this place freaking rocks. What a fun concept. Simple yet unique, crazy flavorful, and perfect portions. While everyone else is doing breakfast sandwiches on biscuits, Egg Drip decided to perfect MILK BREAD instead. The result is a crispy buttery grilled exterior with a pillowy interior. They stuff the sandwiches full of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, cheese, etc. They get creative with options like a Korean inspired bulgogi sandwich and an Ube French toast sandwich with miso maple syrup among others. Seriously great spot, great price, and some of the cleanest branding I've seen out of a food truck. Awesome job. read more

I came here for brunch after church on a Sunday. I found street parking nearby and walked over to a small truck. There were 3-4 benches across from the truck where you can sit and enjoy the sandwiches. We ordered three different kinds of sandwiches: yuzu egg salad, bulgogi, and ube. The best was the bulgogi because it was perfectly sweet but also savory. It was perfectly balanced flavors. The bread was soft and chewy. The egg salad had a strong initial yuzu kick before you taste the egg salad while the ube sandwich tasted like an American breakfast. If it had a sweet touch like maple syrup, it would've been better. Overall, I would come here again for the bulgogi sandwich. read more

Egg Drip is the kind of food truck that makes you rethink what an egg sandwich can be. It's small, unassuming, and then boom you take that first bite and instantly understand why people keep talking about it. The eggs are cooked perfectly every time: soft, rich, and silky without being messy. The bread is warm and toasty, the sauces are next‑level, and the flavors hit that perfect balance of comfort and creativity. Every sandwich feels like it was crafted with real care, not slapped together in a rush. Service is fast, friendly, and genuinely upbeat. Even when they're busy, they treat you like you're the highlight of their day. It's the kind of vibe that makes grabbing breakfast feel fun instead of routine. If you're in Nashville and love a great egg sandwich--or honestly, if you just love great food; Egg Drip is a must‑try. read more
Did uber eats and omg I was so shocked with this delivery. First off, they write the names of the people who ordered since we did a group order. AMAZING! Also the amount of egg and meat is perfect. I got the ube one and it was fire. A mix of some sweet and savory. Definitely recommend. read more

Such a cute little pop up food truck. A hidden gem in East Nashville. I found them on instagram and was sooo excited to go. Definitely lived up to the hype. The sandwiches are made fresh and all the ingredients were perfection. My favorite was the Ube but I split the Oh My Bulgogi too and that was also so good. Just more of a sweet and savory person myself so the Ube was perfect. The bread actually tasted like Ube too! Very impressed with the egg sandwiches here and will definitely be coming back!!! Just wish they had boba or matcha. They had it in cans, but would be nice to have fresh too. They had a nice outdoor seating area too and the service was so nice! Very kind and accommodating people working the truck! read more

Oh My Gogi!!! Egg Drip food truck in East Nashville (five points area) is hands down the best breakfast sandwiches we've ever had! My bf and I came after seeing raving reviews (and honestly the pictures) from fellow Yelpers, and it far exceeded our expectations. We split the Oh My Gogi and Playin' Dirty, and both were absolutely loaded with saucy flavor - savory, warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. The meat and eggs were just right, and the French toast-style bread was soft on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Service was quick, maybe a 10-minute wait on a Friday around 11:30am. We stayed and ate there at one of their outdoor picnic tables. I could imagine the weekends being busy and it being difficult to get seating, so takeout may be a great option - we saw them package it all well for another customer. We easily found free street parking nearby. This is for sure a worthy 5 star + spot that I hope it expands/grows to a store front with indoor seating one day!!! Already planning our next visit! read more

So I'm usually not one for "over stuffed"'food or "ig sandwiches" as they usually look great and taste like crap. But I figured I would give them a chance before judging them. The truck was easy to find with street parking, and the menu was clearly on display. I ordered the H.e.c w/ bulgogi and the playing dirty. The cashier was friendly and quickly took The order. The food came up at a decent time though I was bothered that one was ready just sitting in the window while the other one was still being made. Thankfully it was still warm once we received it. After collecting the food I went to ask for a plastic knife as I was sharing the sandwiches and he offered me a fork!!! Again another disappointment in the experience. So after we poking the sandwich in half with the fork we finally had a chance to taste the food!! After the first bite all my dissatisfaction was washed away by how flavorful and delicious these sandwiches were. Well seasoned, fair portions, and tender meat. While I won't say this was a perfect experience I will say that the sandwiches are absolutely worth a visit and not just photo worth food. read more
I love these korean style egg sandwiches. It is one of my favorite things in life so as expected I seeked this place out and went to it. I wish they had a store front as I feel like this truck does not do it justice. It was winter time so we sat out in the cold waiting while a homeless man can to ask us for food. The wait was long but really worth it and each toast was delicious. read more

Listen Egg Drip comes through dripping EVERY TIME!! Listen, if you want a good slap ya mama breakfast sandwich...look no further! This Korean style twist on breakfast is unreal. First heard about this place from IG. Went to the farmers market on Charlotte and tried it. I was hooked the first visit after biting into the "Oh my Gogi" sandwich. Well let's just say I wouldn't be surprised if they know me by name and order by now. I went yesterday to the farmers market to grab a Sando. Pulled up Today (sunday) behind Buds and Brews in a food truck off of Woodland St and decided to change up my usual. I ordered the Ubé. Mannnnn!!! I don't think I can go back to my go to after that. The fact the bread is my favorite color, purple, is enough to get me hooked. Once you take that first bite, there is NO turning back. Either eat it ALL or eat none of it. Nothing else to read here. Go get your drip on. Listen if your shirt ends up wearing the sandwich too, no judgement. read more
My wife and I stopped into Egg Drip for breakfast and had such a great experience. We ordered the Yuzu Egg Salad - light, refreshing and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of zest. It was such a satisfying choice, especially on a warmer day. The real showstopper (IMO) was the Ubé-Bee - ubé French toast stacked with bacon, eggs, cheese, hash brown and finished with miso maple syrup. If you love sweet-savory combos or all things ubé, this dish is an absolute must-try. We rounded out the meal with tots and a side of pork belly. Everything was flavorful and fresh. On top of that, our order came out rather quickly. We left full, happy and already talking about what we want to try next time. read more
Checked them out while they were at the Richland Farmers Market. Although the line was consistent the service was fast and the food was hot. Although we wert outside and it was super cold out the food was nice and warm. The only downfall was that the egg and sandwich was hot but the avocado and kimchi were super cold. So the opposing two was a downfall. read more

i am so so glad i came across this place on tiktok and decided to stop by during a trip to nashville. the service was friendly and the wait time was extremely reasonable. we got there not long after they opened their truck and they got busy fast. it's not hard to see why! so many delicious options to try but i went with the ube-bee as i just love a sweet breakfast and ube is one of my faves. it was near picture perfect when i picked up my order from the window and tasted even better. the syrup had pooled to the bottom so it made that last couple of bites even more elevated. the bread was faintly sweet from the ube, i wish it had had more ube flavor, but was delicious! bacon and hashbrown was nice and crispy, and the egg had been fluffy. they also had a nice seating area just beside their truck where we could sit and eat. i can't wait to come back and try a different one! read more
