Whether it's a fridge on wheels, disposable plasticware, or a nacho cheese dispenser they really have it all. They have commercial grade fryers, heat lamps, all kinds of specialty cutlery, kitchen apparel (#1), sanitation supplies, massive food scales, and so many interesting things that aren't available in most stores. I have only come away from here for utensils and table coverings, but I could envision so much more. Everything can be ordered online through their website for delivery and pickup. Shipping is surprisingly free and the customer service is on point for both the staff in store and the folks handling the online orders. I think the prices are another selling point as what's advertised online is what will be sold in the store. But no record of a sale and no gift receipt. Did buy something else, but guess what. They didn't ask my name, email or phone number. Learned that this is how they track purchases, so I immediately returned my items so that they could be purchased with a record of the sale. And when I asked the sales person why she didn't ask for my information, her response? Oops, I forgot to ask. Maybe that's what happened when my friend bought a gift for me.

But you can park around in the Rice Village area and make a day of it to walk around and dine and shop. You can find everything from tea, trinkets, sweets and fine tea sets to Guinness and Manchester United collectibles. But this disgrace of a human is sitting there with a price tag from "the self" for 5 cents and is arguing that the store should honor that price trying to use the system. No one is that ignorant to not know that a coffee maker is not 5 cent. You can't even buy gum for 5 cent. Enough with clients trying to take advantage of businesses. I truly wish the manager had kicked her out, but she didn't. The woman wanted a "license" to steal. Shoplifting in disguise.
