Instead, I got pushback. At one point, I was told I could leave a Yelp review for 25% off, which felt more like they were trying to manage their image than actually fix the issue. After going back and forth, the best they offered was $10 off. This whole situation cost me time, gas, and unnecessary stress, all for products that didn't even last a full hour. Customer service should stand behind what they sell, especially at higher price points. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

I asked them about returning the devices (I've spent around $150 here in 1 month since I'm relatively new to vaping) and they have a strict no return/exchange policy, according to the person I was speaking with, because its a "tobacco product". I decided to go to Vaporider down the road, and explained that I'm looking for a reliable battery system and explained my issues, and they directed me towards a vaporizer that has actually worked AND because they knew I was concerned with the issues I had from my previous 2 items, said that I was free to return the device within 30 days if it did not live up to my standards. Long story short, this place has a terrible customer service policy (not blaming the employees on this one) and employees that are not well versed in products. I was literally going there multiple times per week and then one day the manager came to me and told me her boss said they can no longer give me a discount, I was shocked. These places have ZERO loyalty to long term customers, it's disgusting. Not only did I spend thousands of dollars, but I did frequent reviews on their products, I also promoted their store to several new customers. They repayed my loyalty by charging me more. The day she told me I would no longer receive a discount was the last day I purchased anything from this store. I can appreciate they need to make a profit, but some people (like myself) are the ones that actually helped these stores grow. Yet they dismissed me like I was nothing after 6 years of business.
