I was so excited to check this place out because of the great review, plus I had just received my new hookah and was stoked to try it out! Wow, went on Friday night around 9:00pm and was "greeted" by the guy who was working that night. I asked where the hookah stuff was and he rolled his eyes and sighed and showed me the way. Once over in the section, I was treated like a total INCONVENIENCE. He was so rude, I almost thought about walking out but then I probably would have been shot with daggers. I asked for some tips to put in the end of the hookah and he's like "yea, how many?" I said, "I'm not sure, how much are they?" (they are cheap pieces of plastic so I figured maybe 10 for $1 or something). No answer, so I just said "then just give me a handful." He threw them on the counter! I think I will find another shop that actually LIKES paying customers.... I give one extra star because they do have a nice selection. read more

This place is terrible. Bought a blu ecigarette and it broke less than 2 hours after I bought it. Went to return it and the owner said "sorry call the manufacturer because I can't accept it because I will lose money" Apparently he would prefer you to lose your money rather than him. Very friendly, knowledgeable employees! We've been wanting a hookah for our house for a while now and took the plunge and splurged here. Went to get a coil for my mod. I never changed out the coil before so I asked if I could do it there. She allowed me change it but seemed to have an problem when I asked her for a napkin to wipe the juice off of my fingers. I realize that everyone has bad days, but first impressions are lasting-- and she made hers. I will never buy this place again. I love this place! If I'm not mistaken the owner Nick is a gentleman. But the past two times I went there was this man who looked pilipino with glasses and long black hair and he was just so disrespectful. I was told my e-cigerette was broken and needed a new one, so I bought one from here. It worked for an hour and broke, lucky I tried using the one I had that I was told was broken, it worked perfectly. I called them and told them it fell apart and I had done nothing to it. I brought it back and we're not professional and would not exchange or refund me when I had a faulty e-cigerette . They were rude and did not help me. Best shop ever! They carry all the awesome products! Kratom, Eliquids, etc. They also carry kratom bulk capsules at a way cheaper price than anybody else. I love it! Awful customer service. Beware of buying anything from this place. There are no returns or exchange signs on the counter so if you purchase a defective device from this place, you will be stuck with it. Also, please check around to compare prices. I paid $40.00 more for the same Joytech e-cig than any other store I called unfortunately after I made the purchase. When the women with black rim glasses sold me the e-cig, she made it sound like a bargain. The only thing I can say about them is if you purchase an e-cig from this place and spend over $100.00, they will assemble it for you. Wow, so will every other place. I spent the money on the e-cig for a friend just so he would not stink up my house with tobacco cigarettes.When we arrived at my home and read the manual, it mentioned a Joytech warranty card. We returned the next day to find out why the manufacturer's warranty card was missing. She accused us of dropping the card in the store and stated it would have been thrown away. She never stated that SHE could have dropped the card or that the box could have not contained the actual warranty card. The box was carefully closed before leaving the store with all the items intact as there were extra coils and 2 manuals. She offered no help in locating or contacting Joytech regarding the missing card and acted as if we were bothering her. At 6:00 pm the next day when we returned there were no customers in the store. How were we bothering her? Very overpriced and an experience you will not forget if you need any assistance after purchasing anything from this place. I did find it strange that she asked me if I wanted a receipt for the purchase. The Joytech manual states that for any warranty claims, a receipt and the warranty card is required. I found it strange that she would even ask. With the amount of E-Cig stores popping up everywhere, this store with it's overpriced and poor service should be going out of business soon. read more
