Why didn't I speak to them ( when they should probably be greeting customers upon entrance whether perceived to be listening or engaged in something or not. If fact I spoke to the long haired gentleman engaged in conversation as well as the rude Caucasian young lady as I walked in. He spoke back, she claimed to not hear anything.
