Great location, 5 minute or less drive from Downtown, or Montrose Houston, TX. I went in to browse and ended up leaving with not only a new waterpipe, grinder and vaporizer. The young hippie employee explained the difference between oils and concentrates verses electronic vapor vaporizers. He took time to help me understand the quality diference between what I currently had and what I bought. He called somebody and out of pure kindness hooked me up with a discount for buying the waterpipe(and gave me a free(really cool) CD, who does that?). I came back the next day to see what he was talking about with the electronic vapor vaporizers he said they will help me quit the cigarettes. I went with his suggestion, and then he let me personalize pick out my own flavor and strength of oil. He offered to setup my vaporizer and get me vaping before i left the store, it was customer service to the top notch, especially for a smoke shop. I was looking for a tip jar when I was leaving and he said "no tip, come back and visit us" wow. My Sister and I are visitors to Houston. We happened to come across a small shop called "Cloud 9", I was very impressed by both of the gentlemen that assisted us with our questions and concerns. Very friendly atmosphere and all that I was looking for with good prices. Doctor told me to quit smoking, so I was looking for something safe to replace cigs. I found some flavored hookas. I've been coming here for almost a year now and when I first started coming they had some starter vape gear and that was it. They've always had a very extensive selection of glass and hookahs as well. Over the past year he's slowly expanded his selection of vape gear and now has a wide selection for beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
