I was assisted by one of the managers there, Ceasar. I had no idea what the problem was,but Ceasar jumped right in and was able to diagnose it. From there he worked about 25 minutes to fix it,and it wasn't an easy task. He took the time out to help me and did it with a great attitude. Afterwards, he cleaned my vape out,put it back together, and made a great recommendation on an E-juice. Because of this, I will always come back to this shop. They've got great products, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and literally the best customer service I've ever received in a smoke shop. Thanks again,Ceasar!

He then says that too is actually ten dollars more expensive than what the sticker said. He raised the price of both on the fly while I was standing right there. He's either trying to steal or price gouging. Either way I'm never going back. He did this after I told him about the government banning 7oh soon. I know distribution prices are 12-15 per device because i use to own a vape shop and i know you gotta make some profit but doubling distro price is crazy greedy. Super approachable, zero pressure, and clearly knows his stuff. I told him I wanted to understand CBD better and what would actually make sense for me, and he broke it down in a way that was easy to follow, honest, and practical. He asked the right questions, explained the differences between products, and didn't try to upsell me into something I didn't need. That goes a long way. You can tell when someone actually cares about educating the customer versus just moving inventory--and Cameron is 100% the former. I walked out feeling confident in what I bought and why I bought it, which is exactly how it should be. If you're new to CBD or just want straight answers from someone who knows what they're talking about, ask for Cameron. Solid experience all around. It's about time they add someone like Cameron to the team that brings knowledge, patience and a great experience!
