I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me but he looked just like Clyde Drexler. This guy was literally sent Vape from heaven! I've been playing this game of mods and tanks for over a year and I learned more in the 2 hours I spent with Clyde(yes 2 hours) then the entire year I have been visiting low and higher end Vape shops. I went in to VaporFi just buy a tank that didn't leak. He quickly asked me a few questions then sent me back out to my car to grab my tank and mod to see what he was dealing with. I test drove several tanks, mods and juices, when it was all said and done I purchase 2 tanks, 2 juices(holy moly I'm not even gonna talk about the juices because it would make me sound like a crackhead because they are so good), 2 tips, a pack of coils and a new mod. The Glide even gave me discount that I didn't even ask for!The experience was amazing I will never ever step foot in any another vape shop again I have found vape paradise at VaporFi! PS I like Tobacco flavors, most shops only have one or two and they're all nasty this place has tons I couldn't even count how many they had.

I got just that on my visit to Vapor Sense. I broke my MOD the night before and after trying everything I could save from recasting the metal of it, decided I needed a new device. I walked into this location, got freaked out by both guys greeting me at the same time lol, (Not used to getting a sense of urgency and attention in stores round these parts) and got right to what I needed. There wasn't a lot of smoke and mirrors, just straight up what I needed and the answer to what I needed. It was a seamless transaction, and I was even privileged by their generosity in the transaction. I am not writing this review because of that generosity, but because these were clearly two people very dedicated to their business and desire to succeed. They understand the importance of a customer and appear to know how relationship building is the key to success. As I was leaving from a transaction that took all of 8 minutes, I was told about the warranty on the device which I never even asked about. Again this insured that I was comfortable with my purchase and new there was help for me should something go wrong. If I could give 6 stars I would I have. I only hope this review sends more business their way. They deserve the business and you the customer deserve this experience! SHINE ON
