The more I examine the box, the more I realized it didn't have the right info - no security code, said nicotine instead of nic salt, etc. I took it back and explained the situation. I was allowed to swap it for something else, but the dude was adamant that Elf Bar had rebranded as Ape Bar. Nah. Anyway, stay safe. It's not worth the risk. Just buy from somewhere else.

I contacted yihi (the manufacturer) and explained the problem and they gave me a return code for the vendor (ecig and vapor lounge). Brought the code and my receipt to this store and was immediately presented with a brand new replacement SX Mini by the manager who took care of the warranty for me with no effort from my end. Excellent customer service. This is the ecig store in which I've had by far the best customer experience, and I've visited about 5 or 6.
