I noticed when I got home that it tasted .. bad (plastic) and wouldn't really hit. I looked up the brand to see if it was a "me" thing... only to find absolutely nothing. Not on Google. Not on Twitter. Not on Instagram. Not on freaking Reddit. Nothing exists because it's a fake. "Ape Bar" isn't a brand. Elf Bar, which this is a direct replica of, is a brand. The more I examine the box, the more I realized it didn't have the right info - no security code, said nicotine instead of nic salt, etc. I took it back and explained the situation. I was allowed to swap it for something else, but the dude was adamant that Elf Bar had rebranded as Ape Bar. Nah. Anyway, stay safe. It's not worth the risk. Just buy from somewhere else.

I contacted yihi (the manufacturer) and explained the problem and they gave me a return code for the vendor (ecig and vapor lounge). Brought the code and my receipt to this store and was immediately presented with a brand new replacement SX Mini by the manager who took care of the warranty for me with no effort from my end. Excellent customer service. This is the ecig store in which I've had by far the best customer experience, and I've visited about 5 or 6.

It tasted nasty so I asked the manager. Can I return it or get in store credit and he said no so I spent $20 on a bottle. I'll never use again. This is the holy smokes five in Sealy the gentleman that was helping me his name was Tom. He was always nice until I didn't like the flavor of the doughnut with all that being said they do have great pods and coils for my vape, but I'll be picking and choosy on what you get cause once you buy it you can't return it. All I want is to give me an in-store credit the bottle is still all the way full and I'm debating on going back there since then.

Everything. We have referred so many of our friends that this is almost embarrassing to admit that we are kinda done with this location. I started on Turkish Tobacco house juice. Was great!! Went a couple months then every time I went into the store I would get 'Sorry man, we are out and we won't have any until the next shipment which should be in Thursday. This stuff is super popular'. Go in Thursday and 'Nope man, sorry we didnt get any'. A little frustrating. So I gave Zach behind the counter my # and said call when they come in please. He did. I bought all the 3 mil that came in (back when they had the big bottles :) ). So dealt with this for a few more months and noticed that hhhhmm Its going 'out of stock a lot again' right after they went to the single bottles (30 mil). Figured out what day the shipment was coming in and showed up that day. They had only 10 bottles of this 'apparently highly sought after house juice'. I asked to buy them all and was told ' sorry we cant do that, we need to keep some for our other customers'. I see their point, but come on guys!! Is anyone telling the guy who decides how much to send to stores wtf is going on??? So here is the kicker... Zach lets me know that they are stopping production on Turkish Tobacco?!!?? This highly sought after, never in stock juice is going to no longer be produced!?!? What sense does this make ?? I ask Zach 'Ok, you ALSO do Turkish, what do you recommend for my next flavor??' He responds 'Black Pearl'. So I think what the hell, lets give it a shot. Bought 4 bottles and went on my way. Turns out the stuff is pretty good!! Go in a week later to buy more and BOOM.. 'Sorry man, we are out until we get our next shipment in'. I ask, 'Can I buy all that comes in when it comes?'. 'No' is the response... 'Can I prepay for additional bottles when the next order is placed so I don't affect your other customers?'. 'No, we don't do that'. So my whole grievance is just this. You are a business. If you cant supply a product on a consistent basis to VALUED repeat customers how do you expect to keep them? I personally sell oil & gas products all over the world in a different marketplace but sheesh, if I did this to my customers, we would be out of business. If you do not have folks with the skill set to understand supply chain, supply / demand and replenishment principles please let me know. I will get you all hooked up and wont even charge you!!! Once again, Zach and gang at the store, nice peeps. They seem to always have their hands tied when it comes to customer issues when dealing with 'the management'. PS - Bring back the old loyalty points program. The new system is bad (and I was told yesterday the 6 pack bargain option is no longer available?). Your going backwards.
