I contacted yihi (the manufacturer) and explained the problem and they gave me a return code for the vendor (ecig and vapor lounge). Brought the code and my receipt to this store and was immediately presented with a brand new replacement SX Mini by the manager who took care of the warranty for me with no effort from my end.
