Terrible place to shop. They don't treat their customers well and there are better priced shops around. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would give the staff a 4 star rating (they appear to have a lot of turnover and new faces each time we are in and get different 'opinions' on the same merchandise we keep buying. I will however give the ownership / management a 1. Let me explain. Wife, both kids and I been coming to this location for well over a year. We have bought ALL of our mods, juices, kits, coils.. Everything. We have referred so many of our friends that this is almost embarrassing to admit that we are kinda done with this location. I started on Turkish Tobacco house juice. Was great!! Went a couple months then every time I went into the store I would get 'Sorry man, we are out and we won't have any until the next shipment which should be in Thursday. This stuff is super popular'. Go in Thursday and 'Nope man, sorry we didnt get any'. A little frustrating. So I gave Zach behind the counter my # and said call when they come in please. He did. I bought all the 3 mil that came in (back when they had the big bottles :) ). So dealt with this for a few more months and noticed that hhhhmm Its going 'out of stock a lot again' right after they went to the single bottles (30 mil). Figured out what day the shipment was coming in and showed up that day. They had only 10 bottles of this 'apparently highly sought after house juice'. I asked to buy them all and was told ' sorry we cant do that, we need to keep some for our other customers'. I see their point, but come on guys!! Is anyone telling the guy who decides how much to send to stores wtf is going on??? So here is the kicker... Zach lets me know that they are stopping production on Turkish Tobacco?!!?? This highly sought after, never in stock juice is going to no longer be produced!?!? What sense does this make ?? I ask Zach 'Ok, you ALSO do Turkish, what do you recommend for my next flavor??' He responds 'Black Pearl'. So I think what the hell, lets give it a shot. Bought 4 bottles and went on my way. Turns out the stuff is pretty good!! Go in a week later to buy more and BOOM.. 'Sorry man, we are out until we get our next shipment in'. I ask, 'Can I buy all that comes in when it comes?'. 'No' is the response... 'Can I prepay for additional bottles when the next order is placed so I don't affect your other customers?'. 'No, we don't do that'. So my whole grievance is just this. You are a business. If you cant supply a product on a consistent basis to VALUED repeat customers how do you expect to keep them? I personally sell oil & gas products all over the world in a different marketplace but sheesh, if I did this to my customers, we would be out of business. If you do not have folks with the skill set to understand supply chain, supply / demand and replenishment principles please let me know. I will get you all hooked up and wont even charge you!!! Once again, Zach and gang at the store, nice peeps. They seem to always have their hands tied when it comes to customer issues when dealing with 'the management'. PS - Bring back the old loyalty points program. The new system is bad (and I was told yesterday the 6 pack bargain option is no longer available?). Your going backwards. read more

Don't even bother. $1 to test ONLY 5 flavors. Never in my life have I been charged to try flavors. We turned around and walked out. Me and my husband spend a ton of money on vapes, liquids and coils - my money isn't going to the jokes. read more

Here's the issue with vape stores: there's so many. So I choose my go to place by seeing if they have the products I like, an inviting storefront, and a friendly staff. Unfortunately that last part is Krazy Ape's problem. From the second you come in the door without being even acknowledged (not asking for a party here), to the second you finally leave (which makes the staff very happy), the service is short and definitely not sweet. It's a real shame. The first few times we went, we enrolled in the rewards program, which will now not go to any use. It's not worth being such a burden to these guys. It's surely not hard to find another vape shop in Houston TX. read more

I agree that KA is a great smoke shop! Thoroughly enjoy Zach (when he was there) and now Jacob! Both guys are knowledgable and helpful! BUT ... today I just noticed a 3.5% non-cash transaction fee on my receipt (for paying with my debit card)! I've never noticed this fee before! I may have to rethink going there for my supplies with this fee being imposed because I use a debit card. read more

This place is awesome. I've been to multiple vap shops and this place is by far the best place I've ever been to. I go out of my way to return here. Zack knows everything about every product and flavor for that matter. I've read all the reviews and just wonder why someone would think they can try different vaps out when there probably 100 different vaps and they change all the time. As far as trying flavors for free I can see your point on that but if you talk to Zack he can tell you what to try and he's very knowledgeable. The other reviews complaining are just snowflakes. Brandon and Blake are the Best! 5 months ago I went in to Krazy Ape wanting to step up from the Vue. Brandon was so knowledgeable and patient. He helped me pick out a pen and a couple of vape juices...and showed me the ropes on vaping. Since then Blake has helped me with a couple of "glitches" and taught me more about vaping. I would give 0 stars if possible. I've spent over 2k at this store and was just turned down for a small purchase because I didn't meet the minimum $5 required for debit purchases. Then I pulled a $50 bill out and was told they couldn't change that either. Horrible customer service and the "I hate my job" stares have made me want to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. They really need to fire that dude. No telling how many other faithful customers he's made feel the same way. Too late for me now but maybe the owners can save some other customers before he ruins their reputation with his horrible attitude and actions. Awesome Vape shop. Large selection and extremely helpful staff. Zach and Jason were great to deal with. Taught me a lot and got me set up with my new kit. Highly recommend this shop. Especially if you are new to vaping. They took a lot of the mystery out of it. Glad I stopped in. read more

Well, this is my store. Zach and the staff knew my wife as she came in to by CDB for her cancer before she died. I do love this place, though Some of the kids have ticked me off every once in a while. It happens, they are kids. People giving 1-stars are faulting government regulations KA has no control over, like the elimination of CDB towards my wife's end. these guy have been trying their best for us all, and I think it shows. I have like I like and they have it. If they don't they have an alternative. Go here if you need vape supplies. read more
