The vibe is very relaxed and friendly. The first time I went the Office was staffed by Courtney. She was great!. Greeted me when I came in, very attentive, mixed a great drink, and took care of everything. I noticed how she was always working... taking care of customers, cleaning as she goes along, filling the humidifier in the humidor, and in general just staying busy and getting things done. I also noticed one day she saw a regular customer drive up and park, and before he could get in door she had a glass of water for him on the table next to his regular chair. Basically, now the deciding factor if I will stop by on my drive home from work is if I know Court is working. I am a pipe smoker rather than a cigar smoker so I cannot speak to the quality and selection of cigars that they have, but the cigar smoking patrons seem to never have trouble finding something from the humidor to enjoy. Giorgio's HRW 3 course dinner this year was $39 and I ordered the Burrata Panzanella Salad as my first course followed by Cavatelli Bolognese for the second finishing with the Flourless Chocolate Cake for the third. While waiting we were brought some bread along with trays of peanuts, potato chips and popcorn which was a little unusual but no one complained about free food. I must say that all of my 3 courses were excellent tasting. The Burrata salad had a large serving of the above named cheese with fresh tomatoes, olives and ciabatta bread that was cool in temperature and I could have eaten another serving because it was so good. The pasta bolognese was equally delicious except warm in temperature with the Akaushi beef making a delicious bolognese sauce over the cavatelli. Finally the cake was fresh and full of chocolate flavor with berries and Nutella alongside a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream. This was a perfect finish for what was a fine meal. The beer selection never rotates, and their bourbon and whiskey selection are lacking for the prices that they charge. They seem to want to get rid of or run off all of the bartenders that make this place run. In continuing the one thing that they are doing that makes them different...the food trucks, they seem to screw up. Most people come here for the food trucks and they are running off the one thing that draws people here outside of the people that frequently this location. There are a some staples in food trucks that they are being pushed out in an effort to change things up. Some times you shouldn't try to fix something that isn't broken. While every business makes decisions that they feel are in the best interest of the business, it makes no sense to change something that is working.
