I spent 3 hours one day picking out a vape and armando and another gentleman literally walked it through with me step by step. Even Samantha when I come and get anew flavor she helps me clean it, prime it and make sure I won't burn my coil out. I will currently skip posting here as it may have been done without knowledge of the owner/manager* The other fault I noted was that the employee seemed to not have time to assist me. He was very busy gossiping (lack of a better word) about his "followers" on his social media. Additionally there were words used that really had no place being used at work. I loved the displays and immediately noticed what a nice selection of products carried and the long wall of e-juice was impressive and contained a good well stocked inventory of choices. I didn't ask about the details because asking and compensating (discount) are against Yelp's content guidelines. https://biz.yelp.com/support/review_solicitation I asked the clerk to see the menu or list of products carried so I could find a few that that I wanted to try. I was told they lost the menu and didn't have anything written to look at. I recognized some of the brands and some were new to me but unfortunately there was not even a list so I had to rely on the staff to help and tried to explain what flavors I liked. He couldn't find or suggest anything and eventually offered something that he thought I would like. I was generally satisfied with my purchase but still felt like if a had a list I could have found something better. On my second visit I brought my wife with because she wanted to try something new and still no menu and were told the iPad with the menu was broken. Same frustrating experience yet we were the only ones in the store and the clerk seemed more interested in his cell phone conversation about his Instagram account and the free samples he was getting. Overall it was a nice shop but the staff is kind of immature and more concerned with the cloud blowing scene and their social media followers than educating, and helping their customers.

I've been playing this game of mods and tanks for over a year and I learned more in the 2 hours I spent with Clyde(yes 2 hours) then the entire year I have been visiting low and higher end Vape shops. I went in to VaporFi just buy a tank that didn't leak. He quickly asked me a few questions then sent me back out to my car to grab my tank and mod to see what he was dealing with. I test drove several tanks, mods and juices, when it was all said and done I purchase 2 tanks, 2 juices(holy moly I'm not even gonna talk about the juices because it would make me sound like a crackhead because they are so good), 2 tips, a pack of coils and a new mod. The Glide even gave me discount that I didn't even ask for!The experience was amazing I will never ever step foot in any another vape shop again I have found vape paradise at VaporFi! Another employee then tried to mansplain business and bottom lines to me. ??? Yes, I do understand that a business must make its bottom line, and that means making sure marketing initiatives are in line with that bottom line. It also kind of seemed like the employees didn't understand what the Yelp discount was. I was met with a slew of questions like "but that's on your Yelp account," unable to understand that the offer is displayed on everybody's Yelp. I was told that 1. The owner gets really mad if they allow 10% discounts 2. The owner controls the Yelp page. ???? In my mind, that meant that the owner would know about the Yelp discount, right? But I guess it wasn't communicated to the employees? I'm not sure, but it sounds like not a lot of top-down communication is happening, leaving the customers SOL. I even emailed the owner using the store's business email, and I received no response. It just kind of hurt my head dealing with these folks. And honestly, I only purchased the item because the saleswoman (Lauren) was so nice; it wasn't even the color I wanted which made all of this even more painful.
