First thing I see coming thru the door: "Write us a review on Yelp for 20% off" handwritten on chalkboard sign Blatant violation of Yelp rules/regulation. I will currently skip posting here as it may have been done without knowledge of the owner/manager* The other fault I noted was that the employee seemed to not have time to assist me. He was very busy gossiping (lack of a better word) about his "followers" on his social media. Additionally there were words used that really had no place being used at work. Upon being available, this employee proceeded to notice me. I will give him positive points on knowing the selection of juices they carry. Cancelling this out in full was the fact that the one I sampled was a mixed into whatever was before. Couldn't even begin to say what it was. This made me skip buying the coils I needed.

This review is based on two visits to the shop within a two week period…read more The first visit I was in the area and was low on juice so I thought I would come in and check it out. I loved the displays and immediately noticed what a nice selection of products carried and the long wall of e-juice was impressive and contained a good well stocked inventory of choices. I also noticed the large chalk board easel advertising 20% off for writing a Yelp review. I didn't ask about the details because asking and compensating (discount) are against Yelp's content guidelines. https://biz.yelp.com/support/review_solicitation I asked the clerk to see the menu or list of products carried so I could find a few that that I wanted to try. I was told they lost the menu and didn't have anything written to look at. I recognized some of the brands and some were new to me but unfortunately there was not even a list so I had to rely on the staff to help and tried to explain what flavors I liked. He couldn't find or suggest anything and eventually offered something that he thought I would like. I was generally satisfied with my purchase but still felt like if a had a list I could have found something better. On my second visit I brought my wife with because she wanted to try something new and still no menu and were told the iPad with the menu was broken. Same frustrating experience yet we were the only ones in the store and the clerk seemed more interested in his cell phone conversation about his Instagram account and the free samples he was getting. Overall it was a nice shop but the staff is kind of immature and more concerned with the cloud blowing scene and their social media followers than educating, and helping their customers.

When I pointed it out and told her that the deal on their validated Yelp page seemed like a pretty valid reason, I was told that it was not. Another employee then tried to mansplain business and bottom lines to me. ??? Yes, I do understand that a business must make its bottom line, and that means making sure marketing initiatives are in line with that bottom line. It also kind of seemed like the employees didn't understand what the Yelp discount was. I was met with a slew of questions like "but that's on your Yelp account," unable to understand that the offer is displayed on everybody's Yelp. I was told that 1. The owner gets really mad if they allow 10% discounts 2. The owner controls the Yelp page. ???? In my mind, that meant that the owner would know about the Yelp discount, right? But I guess it wasn't communicated to the employees? I'm not sure, but it sounds like not a lot of top-down communication is happening, leaving the customers SOL. I even emailed the owner using the store's business email, and I received no response. It just kind of hurt my head dealing with these folks. And honestly, I only purchased the item because the saleswoman (Lauren) was so nice; it wasn't even the color I wanted which made all of this even more painful. The last thing I want to say is that while the employee tried to explain business principles to wittle ol me, I should have probably explained marketing to him, and detailed that a bad customer experience and a bad review is going to lose a lot more money than the 10% offer I was trying to redeem.

Hello everyone, First off, I want to personally thank Yimmy for such outstanding service! Vaporfi came on my radar after learning about the possible risks in using eliquids with questionable additives like diacetyl. Vaporfi is a company that stands behind their products as far as the ingredients that go into them, and the quality of those ingredients. After learning all this, I found there was a location in town here and drove over to try it out. Yimmy greeted me promptly and introduced himself. The store was immaculate and had a calm atmosphere. He spent nearly an hour introducing me to different flavors, explaining the pros and cons of different options, and assisting me in creating my own eliquids. In addition, he informed me that there was a special going on that resulted in purchasing four different flavors for a very fair price. I would definitively recommend vaporfi for their quality products, excellent customer service, and options. I specifically like this company because it does not feel like a head shop as some of the vape stores out there do. Do yourself a favor and check them out! read more

Over the past month or so I have been testing out a new company here in Houston that carries a line of vaping juices. I was vaping on some premium juice for about two years now and got tired of paying the inflated prices as well as always having to hunt down this particular flavor I liked because the local vape shops couldn't keep it in stock. I discovered VaporFi over on Westhiemer between Kirkwood and Dairy Ashford. The franchise owner is really awesome. The price for the juices are $15.99 for a 30ml bottle...AND the biggest thing of all, aside from having premade mixes, they have a flavor bar where you could mix literally over 2 MILLION different flavor variations. I actually have a signature blend of my own in their shop now that If you ask for it, he'll make it on the spot. Their juices in my opinion, and I have vaped a lot of different brands, are top-of-the-line!!! Hands down. I give props to the little guy when they have a good product and stand behind it. So, if you vape, give them a try and let me know what you think. They also carry a full line of vape mods and tanks. read more

First off let me just say wow, this was my first visit to vaporifi. I went in mainly because I was tired of buy juices online and waiting 3 to 5 days to get them. Then sometimes you don't even like the flavor you get, but at vaporfi that is totally different I can make and hundreds of different flavors and get to test them before I buy. Then what was really awesome was the great customer service them Yemi provided, I came in and was instantly greeted, he walked me through what the store was about and how he mixed the ejuices with high quality FDA rating stuff, which is a plus for me. Yemi even helped me make some flavor based on what I like and let me tell you they were spot on. After all is said in done by far the best shop I've ever been to, best flavors you will find on the market , and awesome customer service. What else would you want ? read more

Just in VaporFi yesterday and wanted to review finally! I live in Conroe and this spot is worth the drive, best Vapor shop in Houston hands down. All the juices are top notch, try before you buy and mixing your own flavor is the best! Customer service is absolutely astounding, Yemi is extremely knowledgeable and patient when you have questions. He was assisting a gentleman fix his mod, he had improperly seated his atomizer and Yemi not only helped him seat it, he explained what would happen if he had shorted the atomizer out. Then he charged the guys mod up so he make sure it worked before the guy left! If your on the fence about a vape shop, give VaporFi a shot, it will not disappoint! read more

Asked why they had a ton of clearance juices he said and I quote, "The dumb owner buys these junk juices and I don't want to see them on the shelf anymore. If he would listen to me and get top tier juices we would be in better shape." That was my tipping point. I was like, ok cool guy. Time to check out. I remembered I had $20 in reward points that took me 5 months to earn. He said he no longer uses five stars... tough.
