Called and ask if they sold me a damage one and if there's anything they can do about it. The lady that pick up was really nice and let me know there's nothing that they can do. Whether it's their vendor or them, you shouldn't be selling defective products. Bought the same vape from another smoke shop and it did not taste burnt even after a month.

He helped me out in the math areas and gave me a really good discount I'd definitely recommend this store not cuz of the Customer service but Because the items are different BUT top notch.
