I live and work in the area so I drove past this place a few times before deciding to go in. I was a little wary from a bad experience at another shop but I figured I may as well give these guys a chance and get back into vaping. Well, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The guy working the counter was nice, explained all of the options well, and demonstrated that the product worked before I purchased it. They also have a flavor of the month/week/something board where customers can create and name their own juice blends and post them for other customers to buy. The 3 most popular win store credit or something, which is just awesome. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention they make their juice in-house? You can blend as many flavors as you want together and they'll make it for you on the spot at the specified mg and everything. Then you can name it and put it on the aforementioned board to share it with the other customers. All in all, its a excellent business and wonderful part of the community. read more

Hand mixed juice, great customer service, and honest answers about pricing on mods, tanks and anything else. I like shopping local but if they can't get me the best price they'll advise me to get it online. That keeps me coming back for everything else. Im glad I found a place near me that sells house blends, from my experience I just don't think paying more for the "designer" brands is any better. the customer service was spot on. I was able to get what I wanted and they were able to add just a few drops of menthal to my berry lemonade which is perfect and didn't know that could be an option. (went away from menthol because they were all too over powering from my past experiences). The only concern I might have is the labeling, they only have simple hand written labels that do not include size, nic, or vp/vg levels. I specifically searched out this place because they had 60ml plastic bottles in which are less than 3oz so I can take it on my carry-on on my trip to peru. I just hope the label won't be an issue in some of these south american airports I never been to and getting through security and customs...but I peeled labels off other bottles and put them on there. read more

Walked in the door was greeted and helped. Very good customer service to say the least. They were very helpful in trying to find a juice for me. most of their juices are in-house, which may be good for some people. I usually prefer premium juices, which they had a small selection of. They are a new vape shop so that might be the reason for a small selection. Overall, I had a good experience. read more

I like this place but every other time I show up at a time their posted open hours online and at their shop say they are open there is no one there and it is locked up tight. Poor customer service in my opinion. It's as simple as changing your opening hours if you cannot be there to open. read more
