I stepped outside and walked back inside asking if I could swap for a premixed juice because I've never mixed my own nicotine and didn't feel like experimenting not knowing the proper dilution equation for the nicotine pack they gave me. They had the nerve to sell me a bottle of zero mg nicotine juice with a broken seal but then refused to exchange it because it had a broken seal! I've been a regular customer for at least 6 months if not longer but I will NEVER shop there again! Boom Town Vapor has WAY better service and it's worth the extra mileage!

Former employee here. I experienced a situation where an employee used a racial slur without…read moreconsequence. As the only Black employee at the time, this created a deeply uncomfortable and unsafe work environment. This was brought to management's attention. While I was told it would be addressed, no meaningful accountability followed, and I have not received a direct apology from the individual involved. I was given assurances that corrective action would be taken, but there was no follow-through. For a business that serves a largely Black customer base, this lack of accountability is concerning. I encourage others to consider this when choosing where to spend their money.

What I thought while checking out was, "This store has everything I didn't even know that I needed!" And to top it all off, the service here went above and beyond. I was here with my mom trying to get her a little pipe that she could use and be happy with. The man behind the counter was more than happy to pull out every pipe in the whole store if that's what needed to happen. We didn't even have to ask. Very informative staff and super cute store.
