This is what I absolutely LOVE about Shrimps! They have a ton of information on the different types of items they sell. They'll even guide you through on how to use the items you buy . The prices are great compared to other , 'Smoke Shops.' By far , I might add! and ........ Did I mention how the staff goes above and beyond to treat you with respect and honesty. They're not just trying to make a sale. They take the time to listen to your wants/needs and have a lot of information on all their huge selection, and products, to help you and properly get your needs met. All and all, I know of around 10 different smoke shops around Baytown, but you'll find me at Shrimps !! Hands down every single time !! Thank You, Shrimps !

I know it's not under their control but the area outside it's not disgusting as other smoke shops. Once inside , you will be greeted and will quickly notice all their selections on various products. All organized in their respective location. Staff not only knowledgeable but truly patient when it comes to explaining their product without the feeling of them trying to upsell or "hype" their stuff. Very respectful, clean, upfront. Value wise , don't expect to get messed over, too much of that going around the city NOT HERE!!! No shady bizz, and even their reward program adds up so quickly! This is truly a one stop shop!

Like a Vap, Smoke & 1/2 a Cindie's all in one shop, with class. Not a back row sketchy pipe shop and not a tiny shop full of vap snobs that look down on you for not having the newest thing. The place is clean, well organized and bigger than it looks. They have everything all the other vap shops have. They have amazing glass pieces that may belong in an art museum and they have a museum price. The "normal people" glass is priced a little above average but the quality, selection and beauty is there. Not random junk, someone is handpicking the glass in this store. You can get a really nice piece for $30 and up, way up if you want. The back has a variety but does not have the selection of the chain stores, the purple hair girl says she can get anything I want, is helpful and knows her stuff! I will say the first time I went in, there was an older woman who didn't seem to interested in her job or know much, sort of rude but the girl with the purple hair is awsome. They also sell Kratom shots here that honestly taste like crap but work amazingly. They have been sold out for like 4 weeks now though and it is disappointing. She keeps telling me they will be in on Thursday but I they are still sold out when I get there.

You cannot deny a pregnant woman to use your restroom if she has to pee. You can't control when your baby is sitting on your bladder and take a chance of something happening. They are lucky nothing happened to my wife or child because legal actions would've been taken against them. I don't recommend this place and they couldn't even pay me nor my wife to come back there. If I would've known that would've happened I would've recorded it and it would've been known everywhere about them and how they honestly DO NOT care. No one actually has good things to say about these places and I'm pretty sure it's against yelp policy to offer rewards for five star reviews. It dilutes the actual reviews. Yeah, just went to another vape city and again the staff was not knowledgeable claim to be knowledgeable and then when I ask questions got upset that I asked questions because they couldn't answer them. The only thing she seemed to be knowledgeable about was the nitrous oxide probably from personal experience, she probably also knows a lot about the oil burners as well. This shop actually had the coils I was looking for what a surprise out of five different cities, but the girl was very rude, usually even with the lack of knowledge at least the staff is polite and will listen when you try to tell them what you want where this girl just was rude to be rude. I don't know if she was having a bad morning or what I mean it looked like it you know had a bad morning was definitely not ready for work as far as appearance so just another thing to add to the list of bad things about vape city I honestly don't recommend anybody to ever go to a vape city ever unless you absolutely have to like me and it sucks because if I could give my money to someone else I would because three out of five employees were rude all five of the employees were not knowledgeable except for this girl she knew quite a bit about oil, burners, straight glass and nitrous oxide don't waste your time. Anywhere will sell you any of the items that they have for if not half the price less they overcharge like crazy selection is low unless you're looking for nicotine disposables and like I said, they're staffing lacks a lot because they just want people in seats not actual knowledgeable employees especially at this location also there was a very foul odor in the store. I don't know if it was mold dampness the employee, but whatever it was it probably needs to be cleaned/showered.
