WOW, my first review is long overdue. If you're in League City and surrounding areas, this is…read moreabsolutely the spot to relax with a stogie. Fred, the owner is very personable, absolutely down to earth, and open to suggestions by request. I am three years strong with a membership. Membership prices vary, depending on lockers. Fred is live on scene and he's genuine, he keeps it real. If you're a novice like I was, Fred will share his knowledge of cigars with you, as he did for myself. And Mickie hands down runs the spot. Also, genuine and very knowledgeable of cigars plus membership. Mickie is absolutely all that and a cup of tea. I definitely recommend Maduro's Cigar Lounge. All are welcome! }:{ #Fire

Have been a customer for more years than I would like to share. The people who work there have…read morealways been very friendly and kind. They look up and greet you when you enter the store which makes a person feel welcome. I've NEVER had a bad interaction with any of the cashiers. Although I only buy one brand I cant speak to selection but all the shelves appear to be adequately stocked. The value (I buy cartons) is wonderful compared to the stop and shop stores. Also their store hours are clearly posted. Monday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Tuesday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Wednesday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Thursday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday 9:00 AM - 8:00 P

Have been a customer for more than several years, but will not be going back when a particular…read morecashier is there due to his obnoxious, and over the top complete rude behavior. When purchasing what was left of a carton of cigarettes I asked for the box. He made a huge ordeal out of it , then made some comments accusing me of doing something to him in the past. Then he took the cigarettes/box and acted like he was taking them back and refusing to sell them to me. This person is a psycho accusing clients of things they never did, and acting like he is the gatekeeper of 7 packs of cigarettes simply because I wanted the box they came in.... So I will be calling to speak with the lady cashier who has always been nice, and started to carry the brand for me to begin with like 5 yrs ago. After I speak with her I will be able to be a customer only when she is working. There was absolutely no reason for this cashier to treat a customer this way, or try to act like somebody wanting the box their cigarettes came in was such a ridiculous thing to ask. What a total weirdo hateful jerk, then top it all off by accusing me of doing something to him in the past which is completely a DELUSION in his mind... Stood there and acted like when the client they originally brought a product into their store for wanted the empty box they just paid over $100 for the contents of said box: that was not allowed!!!! Guess what you are one the tackiest, malicious, hateful, horrendous, passive aggressive weirdos ever to run a cash register. So I will only shop there when YOU ARE NOT THERE TO ABUSE A CUSTOMER SPENDING $100 AND WANTING AN EMPTY BOX THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS PACKAGED IN. SHAME ON YOU ALSO FOR ACCUSING A TOTALLY INNOCENT PERSON OF YOUR DELUSIONAL ACCUSATIONS.
