Very nice store. ALWAYS a great visit! Friendly employees & knowledgeable. Always my go-to! Reasonable pricing & wide selection.

Great service! Issac went above and beyond to help us and make sure we got what we wanted! Great selection for everything too.

Man honestly love this place & can't say enough about it. I drive 20 min to come here because the people are THAT friendly and helpful. Quit spending money at places that don't give you good service - try this place and you'll never go anywhere else. They have sanitary mouth pieces so you can sample vapes before buying & they're very knowledgeable about knock offs and can recommend products based on taste, smoking level, and so on. Jaymie and Michael are the two employees I've talked to and they were both amazing. Love this place read more

The sales guy was gross and paying attention to all the wrong things. He talked under my clothes, suggested I picture him laying beside me, on top of me, under me, and even I side of me while I indulged in my new Pastel Cartel vape. He neglected to give me any instructions on charging my vape, which was disastrous. I took the vape back to him, to ask for instructions, at which point he told me I'd over charged it, so my $30+ was just pointles wasted. I decided not to waste any more money, with this swarmy little moke shop. Do not waste your time unless you're a very knowledgeable vaper, or of the male persuasion. read more

High Tide Smoke Shop - Terrible service - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Houston, Texas

DO NOT SHOP HERE! PRODUCTS ARE KNOCK-OFFS / FAKES! I called on 10/9/20 asking if they had Quick Fix 2.0 and was told they did and purchased the bottles from the manufacturers themselves. I came in, spent $50 on a bottle (which is $10 more than retail on the site and I've seen at other smoke shops in Houston) but decided to purchase it anyways. I go home and go to validate my product on their website and instantly get told it's a fake. When I came back to receive a refund or $50 off another product, I was told I was beyond help even though it is ILLEGAL to sell knock off products as real in America. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as many of their products are knock offs. read more

Overpriced and non-negotiable cause reasons and "corporate." They charge $25 for an 800 puff, Puff Bar. Some gas stations sell the same damn Puff Bar for $14. These guys are full of BS. Save your money and go to Mr. Smoke on Bay Area. Semper Fidelis. read more

Jamie give an amazing experience and showed me lots of products and made me aware of things. I didn't know that great customer service definitely coming back would recommend! read more

More of your crack head type smoke shop, no connoisseur smoker will find anything of use here. Just paper and cheap crappy glass, meth/crack tubes . Nothing for solvent-less literally not a damn thing lol. Waste of a trip sucks bc it's such a good location and there's a huge community of local connoisseurs but they want to cater to the cheap and crackheads. read more

I came to the smoke shop because they were the only one that had the green apple puff bar disposable e-cigarette. I was happy to a found it, but I was a little disappointed By the price. Most smoke shops sell them for $10, but here it was 1299. So, instead of paying $20 for two, I paid $28 with tax included. It worked fine the first day, but after that it would no longer pull. The day after I got it, I went back to the smoke shop and they were fused to replace it for me claiming that it does not come with a warranty. They said that it only holds about 200 puffs, which I understand, but I probably only hit it about 10 times before it stopped working. He said he would replace it for me for another $7.99, but I didn't want to double pay for product that I'm unsure about the quality. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and my overall experience here. read more

I called before coming to get a certain size and type of hookah. He told me they had it over the phone. Just for me to drive there and waste my time. Very bad for business!! read more

Out of the 4 smoke shops in the neighborhood (crazy, right?) this is my favorite. It's a little tricky getting into the parking lot because you have to be travelling west on NASA Pkwy, but you can turn around easily at the Space Center if you're going east. The store isn't huge, but they have a nice selection of glass and accessories. The guy there set me up with some inexpensive glass that was a pretty sturdy piece. Service is always friendly and punctual. Don't forget the Ozium LOL!!! read more

Amazing hand crafted pieces at prices that none of the other local shops can compare with. I bring so much business to them that turns to repeat business and I will never shop at Sly High or Bomb again. This is the place to be honestly. They have vape supplies, anything you need for glass, CBD edibles for patients, and an amazing tobacco and incense variety. Come bask in all that High Tide has to offer. Tell them Robert sent you. read more

This smoke shop was not only extremely over priced, but it also had quite sub par glass. First of all I asked their employee to show me a bowl with a spinning center piece that she couldn't get to spin. After that disappointing experience I paid 40$ for a pinchy that was barely worth 25$. I wouldn't have gotten anything except I wanted to add Texas to the states that I own a piece from. After I left the store I walked to the NASA space center and noticed a large crack around the mouth piece. Since it had been in its bag in my pocket I knew the crack was their previous to purchase. Not only was I not helped by the store owner, but he treated me quite rudely and I don't recommend anyone gives him their business. You can find mug better and cheaper glass online or at other shops. read more
