Friday, October 20th which was yesterday morning I did purchase a vape kit at this Store, location Normandy street Houston Tx, the Morning staff two girls (10:00 am) with an Excellent Customer Service ( care, help,..etc ) unfortunately after I left started using the vape while at work I noticed a Leak that become after a Disaster on my clothes, shirt & hands. I planned to go back to the store in the afternoon since on duty. Went back at 3:00 pm, the excellency Service Gone & received by a trash staff service (nayely & another Hispanic with an oily dirty hair not at all a good face to represent a small busi vape city) as soon as I explained the issue of my morning purchase to the rude nayely, in first sarcastic response, seems you did the purchase in the morning I can't do nothin, again explained that there is a leak & this thing has to be fixed or exchanged reminding that's not even a 6 hours purchase, Unpolitely, Rude communication with no Education & No RESPECT to the protocol of Customer Service or Our Person. There was an issue that should be fixed & in fact the Hispanic with a nasty Dirty Hair that time to time touch with his hand & goes back to fix the vape & it's inside parts ( Hygiene products between hands ) did open it & started fixing it ( I do recommend to check video cameras from all angles to see that Rude nayely how she was coming after my request & word by word as an old witch in front of other customers & throwing the paper which holds her name on counter extremity rude inhuman ) The Hispanic that I don't know his name, after failing to fix the vape playing in all of it he refused totally to exchange, repair..etc Found myself well placed between uneducated persons with no efficient business skills or education & worst rude. The vape City has to review its Cards hold by uneducated, impolite Rude Staff that will effect the busines. The morning staff the two young girls were very efficient in all senses. In ( Friday October,20th - 2023 ) Hope this will Clear the mind of investors . I ordered 5 disposable vapes at $65 8/19/2024. Showed out for delivery 8/22 but never received. Several days later I emailed vapecity that I hadn't received and UPS showed no updates since 8/22. They said UPS sucks to wait a couple of days. Couple days later still no update or delivery so I emailed again to please refund my money. they responded UPS lost my package and I needed ti file with UPS. I've had this before and they want the entity that sent the package to file. Same happened here and no response. Out of the blue it was delivered 9/7/2024. I've gone in this store time and time again, spent hundreds on vapes and other products. But when it's time to use REWARDS THAT YOU SUPPOSEDLY EARNED, THEY COME W SOME SCAM THATS NOT EVEN IN WRITING. I've gone in there, bout a vape, totaled, $30, used my $25 REWARDS (from the money I had already spent), and end up paying $5 for the vape; but, then they get NEW people in to add new rules to try and make you spend money you didn't plan on spending. I got and get a vape for $20 and said I was using my rewards, then he says I have to spend more money. I switched and got a vape for 24.99 and said I wanted to use my rewards, this FAT FUCKER tells me, "oh, you can't use your rewards for that bc it's less than $25". I'm like, "but I've come in here numerous times and spent $5 after buying the same vape and using the same rewards. I just walked out the fucking store and taking my business elsewhere. I pass up 2 (yes, TWO!) smoke shops just to continue business I had started w Vape City a couple years ago, but the way they're playing these games, I've had enough and taking my business elsewhere. I am very more than dissatisfied with my experience with the location in Mount Believe. The salesman told me I was buying one product and I got home to find out it was something completely different. I brought it back and was willing to pay the extra $30 for the correct product but he told me all sales are final. So even though the company hires people uneducated in they're field of sales and sold me the wrong product you guys are unwilling to work with me??
