Just picked up a FAULTY Geekvape Pulse from this place for almost $30. The woman there stated she's vaped on them before, but when I told her multiple times it is not producing the flavor or the amount of vapor typical for this vape, stated there was nothing else she could do because it blew vapor. Extremely disappointing customer service, considering it's why your shop mostly stays open, you'd think they'd remedy issues like this. I've also worked for this company, and now how to properly handle these issues. Officially have lost my business, as well as my respect for the company. read more

Stopped by here after attempting to visit a different vape shop that was closed during posted hours. Ed, the salesperson that assisted me did a great job and being patient while I asked questions. I ended up buying a new juice flavor and a new tank for my mod. Ed took the time to build me a Clapton coil and showed me his preferred build on the new tank. I will upgrade to 5 stars once they get all of the flavored of juice available for testing. He is working on new tester tanks now so I wasn't able to taste the flavor I bought before purchase, but I did enjoy the new flavor. You can trust their judgement on flavors but a lot of the store experience for me is tasting new flavors. Get your testers up and running and you will be a 5 star vape shop! Thanks again. read more

If it wasn't for my first visit this place would get one star only. There is one guy there who is fantastic. I don't know their names but he was a younger hispanic guy wearing a baseball cap. If he's there you are in luck because any problem you have he will be very hands on. I bought my vape from him and he was extremely helpful and not afraid to take your vape apart, show you how to work with it etc. My next two visits were terrible. Both times a tall guy with longer hair and a young hispanic girl were working. I was having trouble with my vape as a new user and her demeanor was as if she was bothered to be having to help anyone, that is when she stops text messaging long enough to realize you are there. The really tall guy is somewhat nice. I get the whole laid back vibe of the place but either one of them could have taken a look at my vape to see what the issue might have been. They just half-heartedly offer possible suggestions and the guy returns to playing video games. The whole experience with those two is like they just want you to leave as soon as possible. If I knew when the other guy worked I'd continue going there but today was last time. It's great to be laid back but a customer wants to feel like you care about their issue and these two are just not cut out for customer service in my opinion. Will not be shopping there again and am looking for another vape store in Humble where I'll feel welcome and like I matter. read more
