Staff is honestly great they greet you very politely and always try to meet your needs…read more However, they do overprice their things a lot. I guess it's because there's not many vape shops around so they might as well but you'd expect good warranties since they're so expensive but they also don't offer great warranties and stuff like that. I purchased an acrylic tank that was defective and leaked because it wasn't the right size so I immediately went and tried to get an exchange but they wouldn't take it back so that was a waste of 20 dollars. I mean come on it's not my fault their supplier sent them parts that don't fit correctly. Their juice is also really good but only if you get the pre-made stuff and stick with it because if you want to nic up your juice it really doesn't do anything. I'm assuming they use cheap nic and not the good stuff or simply don't know how to add the appropriate amount because I went and got some low nic juice and decided to up it to 12 but it didn't do anything. I eventually did that a couple times over the course of a few days all the way up to 24 and it still didn't make a difference even after I let the juice sit for a week or so and it was as if the juice hadn't changed at all. Besides that the shop is always neat and you can find a lot of variety depending on your needs.

He couldn't answer a single question because "I personally haven't tried it." It's kinda hard to sell something when you can't give the customer any feedback whatsoever. I told him I had a high tolerance and he did finally recommend one vape (Tre House Liquid Diamonds) that "has been selling well and I guess people like" but it's no different than what I already have & use. I'll stick to Blazin Bad (which is also cheaper)
