I had an excellent experience at Vape City! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. Jackie was absolutely outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. It's rare to receive customer service this good these days. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Vape City, especially if Jackie is working! read more
