He told me that it has been the price since he has been working there. 6 dollars more than normal. I paid and went on my way. All day today it bothered me, then once I opened my new vape it didn't even work. They do have a 24 hour return policy for things that don't work. (A plus) so when I returned there was a different employee there so I asked him how much are these vapes and he told me the price that I have always thought it has been I was overcharged by 6 dollars. What really made me upset is that when he handed me the return receipt it said 6 dollars less than what I originally paid! Bottom line this employee was shady for charging different prices to loyal customers! I guess it was his tip!! SMH I will still return and buy my items but I'll be very aware of my past experience and will NEVER buy anything if that particular employee is working the register.

Assuming he understood me, he said "we have the 3.0s" I said awesome, not knowing 3.0 are the skinny ones. He never let me see them, they were in his hand the whole time including check out. Once I paid he handed them to me and I saw they were the skinny ones. I can't use the skinny ones. Before I even left, as soon as I saw they were the skinny ones I asked if he could exchange them. He said they're out of the other ones, I asked for my money back, he said they can't do refunds, I asked if I could exchange them later when they get the new ones in, he said yes if I don't open it. I asked if I could leave them there and he said no because they'll get lost or resold, so I brought them home and stored them on my shelf, untouched for a week. Box still unopened and factory sealed, same exact price as the correct ones! I came back in 3 times to exchange them and they didn't have them. Today they had them and he said he spoke with the owner and he said they won't exchange them and that he told me twice they were 3.0s. And claims he showed them to me when he did not. I didn't get to see them until after I paid. I feel scammed, I'm out 30 bucks for something I can't even use. I drove back a total of 3 times for nothing. This place is the worst. Watch out. They're dishonest and deceitful. Eta,Now after I've posted this and seen the other reviews, it seems this is a thing they do on purpose to people. I went on 1/12/21 after work and need coils and some juice. I was stoked because I had $20 of fivestar points, that took forever to earn, so I was going to get a few extras. They got new selections and not I asked for my usual, his answer... you vape that trash? I would only use this juice. Asked for another flavor... same answer. I was getting annoyed quick but hey, small briskness owners have it rough. Asked why they had a ton of clearance juices he said and I quote, "The dumb owner buys these junk juices and I don't want to see them on the shelf anymore. If he would listen to me and get top tier juices we would be in better shape." That was my tipping point. I was like, ok cool guy. Time to check out. I remembered I had $20 in reward points that took me 5 months to earn. He said he no longer uses five stars... tough.
