From the moment I walked in, the staff had a rude attitude, acted annoyed by simple questions, and made it clear they didn't care about customer service at all. Instead of helping, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and talked to me like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. If you don't want to deal with customers, don't work in a customer-facing business. It's that simple. There are plenty of other smoke shops that actually value people and treat them with basic respect. I definitely won't be coming back, and I'd recommend others think twice before spending their money here. Worst experience at any store In my LIFE! Not just smoke shop. I never even take the time to leave a bad review however this store needs to close down!!!

I went in and asked if they had the rpm2 coils "but not the skinny ones, i need the thick ones" Yeah I should have known the exact number, apparently the skinny ones are called 3.0? I don't know what the the thick ones are called still. But I was clear that I didn't want the skinny ones. I said that first. Assuming he understood me, he said "we have the 3.0s" I said awesome, not knowing 3.0 are the skinny ones. He never let me see them, they were in his hand the whole time including check out. Once I paid he handed them to me and I saw they were the skinny ones. I can't use the skinny ones. Before I even left, as soon as I saw they were the skinny ones I asked if he could exchange them. He said they're out of the other ones, I asked for my money back, he said they can't do refunds, I asked if I could exchange them later when they get the new ones in, he said yes if I don't open it. I asked if I could leave them there and he said no because they'll get lost or resold, so I brought them home and stored them on my shelf, untouched for a week. Box still unopened and factory sealed, same exact price as the correct ones! I came back in 3 times to exchange them and they didn't have them. Today they had them and he said he spoke with the owner and he said they won't exchange them and that he told me twice they were 3.0s. And claims he showed them to me when he did not. I didn't get to see them until after I paid. I feel scammed, I'm out 30 bucks for something I can't even use. I drove back a total of 3 times for nothing. This place is the worst. Watch out. They're dishonest and deceitful. Eta,Now after I've posted this and seen the other reviews, it seems this is a thing they do on purpose to people. Also upon looking at the box, these aren't even 3.0, it says 0.6, so he even said the right ones but gave me the wrong ones. Somehow my Google review disappeared, some how, magically, my negative review is invisible to the public, I'm guessing it was paid to be removed. So I'll copy it and I'll keep posting it.

My partner and I have been using Mary's Nutritionals for aches and pains. It's Hemp Extract and…read moreReally works :)! I saw another reviewers discussion on it. There are many brands of hemp oil BTW. Just tell the owners your symptoms and they'll be glad to help you get the best product for you :)! My partner also purchases Red Maenga Kratom. It helps with pain and as most Kratom users know it has subtlety different reactions on everyone. It will Perc me up a little and take away the pain in half and by using the beginner dose of 2-3 grams. That dosage will work for about 2-3 hours. My partner takes 4-5 grams and it takes away the pain about 75% for 4-5 hours. Plus he can fall asleep on it instantly. There is also a green and a white Kratom, in which the green Kratom takes away the bad aches about 50% and also percs up your body in a comfortable way. There are No highs from any of these products! There are many forms of Kratom because it's grown in several Southeast Asian Countries. So the country and which part of the leaves are harvested determines affect and strength. I advise buying from a reputable and affordable dealer. It's legal in the US except for 5 states and the City of San Diego. Just a true fact.....No one has died from Kratom only. Any deaths you read about were from people who commingled other strong street drugs. The worse side affect of too much Kratom is vomiting :(! The shop also sells vapor items and many glass pipes. All of the items are designed for only Legal use. They worked out no risk, no touch of their products during hard covid times. Just call them. Since they are yelp approved or if you're over 50 you get a discount :)! The owners are incredibly nice and knowledgeable :))! If you're looking for relief like pain pills they are the next best thing till our gov't realizes they went over bounds with the supposed opium crisis. Yah for Oregon. All drugs are legal now! Honestly if you have an addictive personality to anything don't even try pain pills unless they are absolutely needed. If you truly do Not have an addictive personality and can take pain meds as Needed only, like me, you should have no problems. In the meantime if you have chronic pain see Green Light Smokehouse. Huge parking lot and don't forget to tell them you're a yelper for the discount :))!
