As disposables keep changing I have had problems with vapes smoking themselves and leaking as well as finding a good mint flavor. Love the staff, Wesley was extremely helpful in helping me find a new vape, prices are comparable to all my favorite vape shops. Everyone was wearing a mask and it was very clean. The selection of regular & cbd juices as well as mods I'd my favorite in the area. The staff knows everything about their products without having to look it up, has both new mods and some I have been looking for but haven't been able to find in a long time. They also sell pods and atomizers for anything you might need even if they do not carry that particular piece. read more

However I went in one day and saw a new guy he obviously asked for ID which I get I look very young, but he began to argue with me about my DL being expired when I just got it last year. He was rude and I felt very offended and uncomfortable at that moment. I'm the customer, legal in age to purchase anything, I should be greeted in a friendly manner and felt welcome. If you want a better experience with some awesome customer service drive a little further and go to Vaporizit off of Northpark and 494, these people take good care of you and their points system is awesome! If zero stars was an option this place would get it. Went in for a simple replacement glass which I've bought at other local shops. Average price about $2.00. They rang it up and it was $17.00! I made a comment about how marked up that was so he put it down to $14.00. What a joke. You can get them online for $0.50 cents. I got over the butt hurt from that and went to look at their juices. James sold me on the hemplucid cbd oil that they sell. Said it gives a great high, make sure you don't drive while enjoying it, etc. Recommended going with a heavier dose (500mg). $90.00 for a 30ml bottle! Went home and tried it right away. Taste like mold and absolutely no buzz. Went back the very next day and talked to James again. He kept the bottle and said he'd have the owner call me about a refund and also talk to the product rep. 1 week later, no call or refund. Went back up to their store and talked to James. Said the owner gave two options. Keep the hemplucid or leave it at the store. What a jerk. Hides behind his employees and lacks leadership. This business will not be around for long treating customer like this. Screw me once, shame on me. There won't be a second chance. I live very close to this place and will be sure to tell everyone. One last disturbing thing I learned over the holidays from my teen daughter....this place is well known for where all of our children go to buy vape products. This place is horrible. Their mark-up value is insane, first off. You can find any device or battery which they sell online for at least half the price. Secondly, they don't give good information. The batteries which they push are efest (which are known to be poor vaping batteries, and could easily blow up in your face if you try to run them at the power of a good battery) and LG HE2s. While the LG batteries are kind of safe, they lie about the specs. They lie frequently in order to get your business (told me that illumn.com which is one of the most trusted battery websites worldwide only sells fake batteries). This place is horrible. This place is a detriment to the the vape community. I do not intend to return, and have urged my friends to stay far away. read more

Terrible customer service. Bought a $70 vape that failed within 60 days. Went in to see about getting a credit for vape or see if they could switch it out. Was told that I got almost a dollar a day use out of it and that seemed "pretty good" to him (very condescending tone). Told me they have a 10 day return policy share there is nothing they will do for me. Are you kidding me?? That's the way you handle customers? What a joke..I've spent a lot of money at this store. Staff is honestly great they greet you very politely and always try to meet your needs. However, they do overprice their things a lot. I guess it's because there's not many vape shops around so they might as well but you'd expect good warranties since they're so expensive but they also don't offer great warranties and stuff like that. I purchased an acrylic tank that was defective and leaked because it wasn't the right size so I immediately went and tried to get an exchange but they wouldn't take it back so that was a waste of 20 dollars. I mean come on it's not my fault their supplier sent them parts that don't fit correctly. Their juice is also really good but only if you get the pre-made stuff and stick with it because if you want to nic up your juice it really doesn't do anything. I'm assuming they use cheap nic and not the good stuff or simply don't know how to add the appropriate amount because I went and got some low nic juice and decided to up it to 12 but it didn't do anything. I eventually did that a couple times over the course of a few days all the way up to 24 and it still didn't make a difference even after I let the juice sit for a week or so and it was as if the juice hadn't changed at all. Besides that the shop is always neat and you can find a lot of variety depending on your needs. read more

Horrible customer service. I was asked to wait with 2 employees and 1 other customer in the store. The only reason I came here was because my husband broke his istick, and the shop is close to home. I bought a new istick and did not get the original box or a charger. I will never shop here again. I'll take the extra 10 minutes and drive to my regular shop in Humble. read more

Sampled a few juices before finally choosing 2 of my liking. I was greeted and helped by 2 employees who let me try juices they were vaping on at that time. The service was great and was pleased to see the amount of quality juices they had in stock. I would recommend they have the sample juices more accessible where I'm able to read the lables on the tanks myself and pick them out for sampling. I would also have liked to see samples of every juice they carried in store, they seemed to not have samples of the more premium juice. Will definitely return. read more

I hate to see all the bad reviews on this shop. I use it to buy my juice and atomizers. It's so close to my house. I've never had a problem and the guys that work there are so nice! I get texted coupons from them which is good because their prices are on the higher side. BUT I'll gladly pay the little extra to not go to Humble! BUYER BEWARE!!!! The WORST experience I've ever come across was at InoVapor (3086 Northpark Dr. Kingwood,Tx). They sold me a defective product and after several return trips (of them trying to "fix" it) told me they would not return it. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. If you want to throw your money away shop here. Oh, and good luck trying to find out who the manager is and who has the code to give you a refund. They pass the blame and are ZERO help. I would not recommend this shop to anyone I know. I've stopped in three times to give them extra chances but I just can not shop here again. A few of the employees are untrained or just do not know what they are saying. The only employee that was able to help me now no longer works there. I bought a couple bottles of juice batteries and a Dripper. The juice I bought had to have Nicotine added because the were sold out of a 3mg in One Hit Wonder's Milk man, the fact that there is a bottle of nicotine sitting under the register made me uncomfortable after I was told how they made a 0mg to a 3mg.. and I thought that One Hit Wonder only sold juice in 180mls. All of this screams shady business. Also the topper for why I will never shop here again is because of an incident where an employee was getting yelled at over the phone in front of me by the owner/manager, it as so loud I was able to hear the conversation between them right in front of me. I feel bad for the employee for what happened. read more
