Like a Vap, Smoke & 1/2 a Cindie's all in one shop, with class. Not a back row sketchy pipe shop and not a tiny shop full of vap snobs that look down on you for not having the newest thing. The place is clean, well organized and bigger than it looks. They have everything all the other vap shops have. They have amazing glass pieces that may belong in an art museum and they have a museum price. The "normal people" glass is priced a little above average but the quality, selection and beauty is there. Not random junk, someone is handpicking the glass in this store. You can get a really nice piece for $30 and up, way up if you want. The back has a variety but does not have the selection of the chain stores, the purple hair girl says she can get anything I want, is helpful and knows her stuff! I will say the first time I went in, there was an older woman who didn't seem to interested in her job or know much, sort of rude but the girl with the purple hair is awsome. They also sell Kratom shots here that honestly taste like crap but work amazingly. They have been sold out for like 4 weeks now though and it is disappointing. She keeps telling me they will be in on Thursday but I they are still sold out when I get there.

The prices were good, the shop was clean, and they run promos and raffles! They offer military discounts and have a good rewards program. The business also offers a discount on throwing away old vapes, which I highly appreciated (I hate seeing discarded vapes all over the ground / parking lots). The selection of e-liquid was on the smaller end, but I was still able to find an e-liquid that I liked. They have disposable vapes, e-liquid, nic salt e-liquid, Kratom, and more. I will definitely be a returning customer, and recommend y'all stop by too.

I went in and asked if they had the rpm2 coils "but not the skinny ones, i need the thick ones" Yeah I should have known the exact number, apparently the skinny ones are called 3.0? I don't know what the the thick ones are called still. But I was clear that I didn't want the skinny ones. I said that first. Assuming he understood me, he said "we have the 3.0s" I said awesome, not knowing 3.0 are the skinny ones. He never let me see them, they were in his hand the whole time including check out. Once I paid he handed them to me and I saw they were the skinny ones. I can't use the skinny ones. Before I even left, as soon as I saw they were the skinny ones I asked if he could exchange them. He said they're out of the other ones, I asked for my money back, he said they can't do refunds, I asked if I could exchange them later when they get the new ones in, he said yes if I don't open it. I asked if I could leave them there and he said no because they'll get lost or resold, so I brought them home and stored them on my shelf, untouched for a week. Box still unopened and factory sealed, same exact price as the correct ones! I came back in 3 times to exchange them and they didn't have them. Today they had them and he said he spoke with the owner and he said they won't exchange them and that he told me twice they were 3.0s. And claims he showed them to me when he did not. I didn't get to see them until after I paid. I feel scammed, I'm out 30 bucks for something I can't even use. I drove back a total of 3 times for nothing. This place is the worst. Watch out. They're dishonest and deceitful. Eta,Now after I've posted this and seen the other reviews, it seems this is a thing they do on purpose to people. Also upon looking at the box, these aren't even 3.0, it says 0.6, so he even said the right ones but gave me the wrong ones. Somehow my Google review disappeared, some how, magically, my negative review is invisible to the public, I'm guessing it was paid to be removed. So I'll copy it and I'll keep posting it.

I guess it's because there's not many vape shops around so they might as well but you'd expect good warranties since they're so expensive but they also don't offer great warranties and stuff like that. I purchased an acrylic tank that was defective and leaked because it wasn't the right size so I immediately went and tried to get an exchange but they wouldn't take it back so that was a waste of 20 dollars. I mean come on it's not my fault their supplier sent them parts that don't fit correctly. Their juice is also really good but only if you get the pre-made stuff and stick with it because if you want to nic up your juice it really doesn't do anything. I'm assuming they use cheap nic and not the good stuff or simply don't know how to add the appropriate amount because I went and got some low nic juice and decided to up it to 12 but it didn't do anything. I eventually did that a couple times over the course of a few days all the way up to 24 and it still didn't make a difference even after I let the juice sit for a week or so and it was as if the juice hadn't changed at all. Besides that the shop is always neat and you can find a lot of variety depending on your needs.

Nope! too embarrassed to admit I was wrong; I kept going back some times three, four days in a row. It's one thing for store businesses to push products but it's another one when you finally break down and tell him the truth that you're trying to quit smoking. When I told them that, they were absolutely the most helpful people! The narrative changed completely they not only let you taste the zero nicotine come to find out actually I'm not a sweet vape person, I'm a savory. The husband and wife team let me taste test the zero nic products and led me to a juice that I love! I am proud to say thanks to them I have not had a cigarette in eight days! It's all thanks to them, and my future body thanks them! Don't waste your time going to other places with possible harmful vape juices and products and people that are just pushing their products to make money. Go to a business that's top shelf in your needs with the education to back it up, Vap Militia is & their staff is exactly that, TOP SHELF! They will guide you to exactly what you want for exactly what you need. This will be my go to place from this day forward. Simply the best! Sincerely a proud new none smoker! World class top notch educated in the products they sell down to the very last details and law. Now let's forward 10 months of a non-smoker, and the things that I have learned from this family owned place. First and foremost is the knowledge that they have all their mods, tanks & cartridges, this part is important so I had purchased a mod from a different place that was leaking continuously it was just absolutely horrible. Went to my new favorite place and lo and behold. I just was able to change the tank along with the fact that I was able to get money back on my cartridges that were unused. This is it self saving me from having to purchase a new mod and tank. That is a huge plus. These people are so knowledgeable on their tanks, mods& cartridges of what everything in their store I am never ever disappointed. I am extremely proud of this. family owned knowledgeable place. It is my only go to place in Katy Texas, the customer service is outstanding it's above and beyond of what you would expect these people take extreme pride of their knowledge of their products, swaps availability on their mods that they sell, which is a huge plus so you don't have to buy a new mod when you just need a new tank possibly. It's just a wonderful wonderful family owned place. Very proud to refer this place to friends& family. I hope this review will let you at least check out the place get to know them talk to them about your needs or wants because they sell a variety of things also but it's just simply a great phenomenon educated staffed place.

I will currently skip posting here as it may have been done without knowledge of the owner/manager* The other fault I noted was that the employee seemed to not have time to assist me. He was very busy gossiping (lack of a better word) about his "followers" on his social media. Additionally there were words used that really had no place being used at work. Upon being available, this employee proceeded to notice me. I will give him positive points on knowing the selection of juices they carry. Cancelling this out in full was the fact that the one I sampled was a mixed into whatever was before. Couldn't even begin to say what it was. This made me skip buying the coils I needed.

I loved the displays and immediately noticed what a nice selection of products carried and the long wall of e-juice was impressive and contained a good well stocked inventory of choices. I also noticed the large chalk board easel advertising 20% off for writing a Yelp review. I didn't ask about the details because asking and compensating (discount) are against Yelp's content guidelines. https://biz.yelp.com/support/review_solicitation I asked the clerk to see the menu or list of products carried so I could find a few that that I wanted to try. I was told they lost the menu and didn't have anything written to look at. I recognized some of the brands and some were new to me but unfortunately there was not even a list so I had to rely on the staff to help and tried to explain what flavors I liked. He couldn't find or suggest anything and eventually offered something that he thought I would like. I was generally satisfied with my purchase but still felt like if a had a list I could have found something better. On my second visit I brought my wife with because she wanted to try something new and still no menu and were told the iPad with the menu was broken. Same frustrating experience yet we were the only ones in the store and the clerk seemed more interested in his cell phone conversation about his Instagram account and the free samples he was getting. Overall it was a nice shop but the staff is kind of immature and more concerned with the cloud blowing scene and their social media followers than educating, and helping their customers.
