She never gave me eye contact, kept talking on the screen as she says she's backed up and it would be another 5 minutes before she could get to me. So I asked so are you serving or not? She says yes but I have other people to get to in an uninterested tone. Which read to me that she just didn't want to serve me. Being one of the only few black people in the establishment it felt a bit racist. So at that point what would have been my first experience was my last unfortunately.
