This is my review...Most cigar lounges I've been close later than 9pm. I'm use to 12am or 2am. I'm used to the live music on the weekends. I'm also use to having drinks, which that was a Members Only thing, I didn't know that til now. So the regular lounge is free to smoke only. But with the membership, you have two options. 125.00, or 225.00 yearly. Which the lower amount doesn't give you access to a personal locker there to store your items. That's the only difference in prices. Both will give you discounts on shopping on items and access to a V.I.P. lounge with members only. Also members only get certain preferred drinks there that's already in stock. Different right...At least from my not use to way. But the breakdown was very thorough from the owner and I understand the crowd/customers who they try to attract based on the location of business, and who they want in their establishment. Don't get me wrong, nice laid out lounge with TV's. I was even watching the Astros vs the Rangers that night. But I'm use to getting more access without a membership and a live atomsphere, larger crowd, food maybe or food truck outside, maybe hookahs, drinks and live music. I would do this place again, if not to drive far for a smoke and get here early before they close at 9, and be in bed at 10, lol. I would recommend this place if you're not into a larger crowd also, and a Cheers T.V. show like atmosphere, where the same folks come here and Everybody's Knows Your Name. Feels more like a Cigar Club here than anything.

My first experience was my worst experience. I came in on a Saturday night. I sat myself and sat…read morethere for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I heard a gentleman yell to Tess to bring him some beers. She nodded. I then knew who worked there so I tried to flag Tess down to ask her a question. When I did, she rudely stated "I'm not serving right now" as she kept walking. I then watched her go to the bar fix drinks and "serve" them to a few tables. I'm annoyed at this point. So I walked to Tess at the bar while she rung in more drinks.. politely told her that I thought her approach was rude. She never gave me eye contact, kept talking on the screen as she says she's backed up and it would be another 5 minutes before she could get to me. So I asked so are you serving or not? She says yes but I have other people to get to in an uninterested tone. Which read to me that she just didn't want to serve me. Being one of the only few black people in the establishment it felt a bit racist. So at that point what would have been my first experience was my last unfortunately.
