They are super comfortable. I didn't need to buy any cigars but they have a large area to one side where there were a large selection of cigars for sale as well as some of their own brand. A DJ is onsite that plays a variety of music. Its a great place to chill and have a smoke and a drink. I will return in the future to relax.

I returned to the store with the nearly full cartridge, expecting them to resolve the issue, but the clerk refused to provide a refund or exchange. Instead, he just shrugged, crossed his arms, and repeated that their policy allows for no refunds or exchanges. This is unacceptable, especially since vape shops know defective cartridges are a common issue. Refusing to take accountability for a defective product that I brought back nearly full is beyond frustrating. I would never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you end up with a defective product, don't expect them to make it right.
