A lot of the images you see are posted in all the other clubs in the airport. This location is located in Terminal C near Gate C1. It's no secret that the United Clubs in IAH are outdated, something that United plans to address once the new construction of Terminal B is completed. It will be home to the largest United Club in the United Airlines network globally. Until then, this location is actually one of the more updated spots compared to what you'll find in Terminal E and the second club in Terminal C near C35. The problem with this location is how small it is. It's always crowded, there's only one hot buffet station and one bar. This location does not have any showers either. Because it's usually crowded the club rarely honors the one-time club passes, you'll need an actual yearly membership to get to enter... most times. Fingers crossed that once Terminal B is completed United Airlines will consider revisiting these older clubs expanding them for larger capacity and provisioning them with modern decor and better food and amenities.

There was a quinoa salad, turkey&cheese sandwiches, cold bread rolls (with fancy butter though!), bananas, and chips. ~6am: Got in immediately and was pretty happy with the breakfast selection. There was warm toast, guacamole, sliced boiled eggs, pancakes, and an oatmeal bar. The lounge was pretty busy though, so I had to wait a while to use the bathroom. I actually slept in the lounge for an hour and it wasn't the worst. Overall, I'd recommend coming only during a time when they accept priority pass. If they say "come back later", just find another place to go to. It's not worth waiting around for.

This is one of my favorite Cigar Lounge, great selection of Cigars and very knowledgeable Staff to help with the Cigar selection. I call it my lounge getaway from home. I love the Ladies night, and the DJ night. If you don't go to clubs and you looking for place to buy a good cigar, lounge, watch sports on six different TVs, relax and enjoy some good music with a good atmosphere, then you may want to try it. read more

Serious Cigars - JFK is the 3rd brick and mortar store of the Serious Cigars brand. This store is amazing: huge walk-in humidor and smoking lounge. The smoking lounge also has after-hours access for members. Great cigar selection and great staff. read more

This is my review...Most cigar lounges I've been close later than 9pm. I'm use to 12am or 2am. I'm used to the live music on the weekends. I'm also use to having drinks, which that was a Members Only thing, I didn't know that til now. So the regular lounge is free to smoke only. But with the membership, you have two options. 125.00, or 225.00 yearly. Which the lower amount doesn't give you access to a personal locker there to store your items. That's the only difference in prices. Both will give you discounts on shopping on items and access to a V.I.P. lounge with members only. Also members only get certain preferred drinks there that's already in stock. Different right...At least from my not use to way. But the breakdown was very thorough from the owner and I understand the crowd/customers who they try to attract based on the location of business, and who they want in their establishment. Don't get me wrong, nice laid out lounge with TV's. I was even watching the Astros vs the Rangers that night. But I'm use to getting more access without a membership and a live atomsphere, larger crowd, food maybe or food truck outside, maybe hookahs, drinks and live music. I would do this place again, if not to drive far for a smoke and get here early before they close at 9, and be in bed at 10, lol. I would recommend this place if you're not into a larger crowd also, and a Cheers T.V. show like atmosphere, where the same folks come here and Everybody's Knows Your Name.
