Regardless of opinions... I stopped at this smoke shop to pick up a vape. I had been there before a few times before and had no issues. However, today I went in with my 3 year old, because it's illegal to leave a child unattended in a vehicle. ‍ When we got inside there was a girl behind the counter who was assisting me. She couldn't find what I was wanting. Boo. The owner walked in and my son got excited because he wanted to see their dog and ran over to where the dude walked through. I told my son to come back after being asked by the lady. He came back and she asked me to hold him, so I complied. While I was in the midst of that, the owner popped out and told me it was illegal for my son to be in there. I didn't respond within 3 seconds and he then says, "hello!" to me in annoyance. I ignored him, finished my conversation with the lady helping me, then left. As long as a minor is accompanied, it is NOT illegal. If kids aren't your preference, that's your prerogative. You have a right to refuse service to me, but don't spout false information. I guess I'll just add that I AM a single mom. I don't regularly have the chance to stop WITHOUT my kid(s), but thank you for that inconvenience. read more

ZERO is my rating! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! They sell OLD discontinued items. Purchased a vape $125 took it home and it would not charge. Took the vape back to TEXAS SMOKE and the rude girl behind the counter said it WOULD NOT be exchanged NOR would I get my money back. I told her TEXAS has a law for 30 day policy for returned times. I asked for the owner. She would not give me the owner's name nor a way to get in touch with the owner. She told me to contact the manufacture, so I did and the item is a discontinued item. Now I am out the $125 on a discontinued item (REGIS - GEEKVAPE 7E1515527718) that does not work and the store WOULD NOT exchange the item. BUYER BEWARE - RIP-OFF STORE. read more

This place is super weak. The outside looks nice and then you go in and they have super rude staff. Also, the product seems old. For the prices they charge you can buy a ticket to Denver and stock up with real budtenders that don't suck at life. They should rename this place to Karen's Smoke Shop so you really know what to expect. read more

Bought a vape pen here with CBD juice for a grand total of $45, ($30 for the pre-filled CBD tank). The girl behind the counter told me it would last a few months, it's been one day since I bought it and half the tank is already gone, and it's not like I've been smoking it like I'm Bob Marley or something, I've been smoking it fairly moderately. It produces very little smoke, not enough to even do anything with even though she told me that was normal, the product straight up doesn't work despite me confidently being told otherwise. It's obvious I was lied to just so she could make another sale. Product doesn't work, no refunds, won't be shopping here again. read more

Worst smoke shop with the rudest staff I've ever been in. The place isn't even put together aside from that when you walk in you are not greeted (better than a bad greeting I guess)... to your stereotypical head shop worker that doesn't care about their job. Aside from zero personality skills the borderline just plain rude without even knowing customers, whoever was working even looks the part. The most ridiculous looking I don't know what was weaved into this little girls hair and she had her stereotypical terrible lip ring tattoo pitbull in the shop of course and look don't get me wrong guns are great but if you're going to open carry inside of a shop don't make it obvious but that's why you're being so rude and obnoxious to customers. Like I said I love firearms and believe them but I honestly think that this employee is literally walking around with a chip on their shoulder or should I say gun on their hip. This employee probably makes about $8 an hour to treat people like complete garbage. I hope the owner reads this I also hope that the owner is related to this employee. it's going to be a big wake-up call because I cannot see how anybody in their right mind would hire someone like this to be behind the register and try to sell merchandise to people. I asked if she could be a little nicer she might sell a little more product I was ignored I came back in the store and actually did make a purchase and was extremely polite I said thank you and still gotten zero response.
