I went there to go get a Backwood and at first it was 1.99 still a little pricey compared to where I've been even though vape city has it for 1.69 I still gave them a chance but the second time I came around there it went up to 2.15 AND this time she gave me an expired dry cracking popping backwooD I GO BACK to the store and she doesn't know what to do or how to service my problem. She tries to call her manager. And he isn't picking up so there was nothing really the lady at the front could do for me and plus she looked like she's been sleeping up there the BUSINESS the SERVICE EVERYTHING!!! was unprofessional. I recently moved to Houston about a year ago and happened upon Forever Vapes on Louetta. Right away we were pretty blown away by the large selection of vapes, juices and accessories and this quickly became our go to place. The owner is an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who goes above and beyond to keep his store stocked and provide feedback or guidance to his customers. Over the past few months, they've been able to completely upgrade their smoke stock to include all sorts of high end brands like Volcano and Puffco, tons of electronic dab rigs, Electric Honeystraws and everything you'd need to set up anything. I've been unable to find the selection, quality or price match to this place on the Internet or any other shop in town. Will definitely always remain a loyal customer. Definitely worth swinging by. read more

If I had written this review based on my first experience with this shop, it would have been 5 stars. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable in my (an inexperienced first timer looking for a way to quit cigs) opinion. I wasn't looking to invest 100s, and he set me up with a nice little unit and helped me pick out the juice. Flash forward from June to early November, and they've lost the 3 stars I would have given them. My clumsy self dropped my device one too many times, and the glass chamber broke. No problem, right? I'll just take it in to that nice guy who helped me in the first place. Where did he go?? I entered the shop to see a man that looked like him, hanging with his bros in the corner, playing what appeared to be a video game. They all looked at me like I had interrupted them as if this wasn't a place of business. Without moving he asked what I needed. I explained what happened and got a curt, "We don't carry that," and back he turned. Ummmm...wha-? You sold me the thing. I thanked him (snarkily) for his fabulous customer service and left. The level of service at this store has dropped significantly since I first started coming here. Lately, employees seem more interested in playing video games or watching movies than helping customers. I wish I could say this only happened once buys it's occurred the last 4 times. Why do I continue to go here? They have some flavors of E-juice I can only get here and the other branches of this store are AWESOME. I love the Katy and Pearland ones with West road coming in third, but I would still put this store as dead last as I could. read more

Clean, new, high end vapor shop. Great selection of premium eliquids and mods. Nice layout. You can lounge here literally. Plasma TV, leather sofa, and even a pool table. My only knock is they could improve on their customer service a bit. Sometimes it seems like they are doing me a favor when trying out new liquids or asking questions. Get a bit of a "vapor snob" attitude at times. Hey, not all of us know everything... I will continue to purchase their eliquids because of the large assortment of high end liquid but I shop elsewhere for my mods and parts. read more

This store is a treasure, we just moved to Texas and needed to find the local shop fast, walked in and instantly was greeted with the best service I have ever had at a vape shop. We told him we were new to town and he took the time to talk to us about local charms that we are excited to try. It's kind of hard to hate on a five dollar rebuild, but I think it was probably the worst build I have seen in a while. The place also felt kind of dirty, with brooms and mops chillin in the corner. I'm not asking for laboratory standards, but they could definitely step it up in that aspect. They seem to have an amazing selection of juice on hand and were very friendly, but when the guy who rebuilt my mod handed it off to another client that was vaping there so that he could run the cotton wick through the coils I almost barfed. It's all good I know you have to deal with customers, but I looked at the guys hands that he handed it off to, and it looked like he just got done changing his oil. Just had a funky taste that would not go away. Just certainly not something I expected as visiting my first vape shop in the state of Texas. read more

My experience is worth a hundred stars to me. I had never been in this type of place and felt awkward and intimidated at first. It was clean and smelled bright and nice and an employee was sitting with a friend. I got no more than five or six steps inside when he got up and asked how he could help me with a smile. I never felt like I was interrupting at all. I told him my unique situation and he was super knowledgeable about using the information I told him to determine what fit my needs the best and within my budget. He even took me through setting up the replenish and how to maintain it, and was patient and kind. The service and attention he gave me was far above and beyond any I've gotten in years. Every place needs someone like him on their staff. I am glad I stopped there instead of going down the road. I only noticed them because of the sign right by the road - the only thing I'd suggest is putting another sign or two by the road and along the storefront that are also brightly colored and/or flags; the shopping strip is small and I nearly passed it up even though I braked as soon as I saw it. I come here for most of my vaping needs. The prices are good and being a rewards member keeps you up to your neck in discounts and deals. I do however wish they carried more of your basic flavors but in contrast they do carry a lot of exotic blends and they keep the best up to date equipment. The employees know their stuff when it comes to vaping and i have yet to experienced nor witness them just hock the most pricey stuff for a sale. They are honest about what they have and try their best to satisfy your personal needs. I would say its a five star but a four to me due to the lack of flavors that most other vape shops carry. Was a customer here and bought probably $700- 800 worth of goods over the last few months went in 8-1-14 to grab a few new RDA's and saw 2 or 3 minors in puffing away could not of been over 12 years old. Asked the management about it and they swore they were 18 (not possible). Told them they would lose me as a customer until they got rid of the children. That is the reason they are trying to ban these and if we support them while they allow children inside we will get them banned for sure. I will not support this place until they stop this nonsense. Stand up for your rights to vape but do net let places like this get away with providing nic. to our children. read more

The shop is great, the staff has alot of knowledge on their products. I was able to go in and get the perfect sub ohm mod to fit my needs. I went with the Joytech Ego One. Its the strongest small sub ohm pen right now. I love it. When I asked Avion about the e-liquids I told him what my preferences were as far as nicotine content and flavors and immediately he found some familiar flavors for me as well as some new ones. His knowledge and customer service was spot on. The E-liquid is a bit pricy but you pay for what you get, simple as that. My first time experience was great and I definitely will be coming back at the very least to pick up more e-liquid and play a game of pool. My only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star review is because the only thing I found wrong with the shop was the cleanliness. For the most part it was clean, but there was some parts that had a film of dust on them. The glass was dirty on the display cases. If they beef up there cleanliness of the shop, 5 star for sure. Just make sure you bring your money with you, nothing but the best quality here. read more
