I came here because I needed a new vape after my previous one had gone kaputt. I did eventually buy one here because I was too lazy to go somewhere farther, however, I felt a moral urge to leave because of the horrible customer service I was receiving the whole time. I first asked if my vape might be repairable, and without even looking at it or questioning what was wrong, the guy said "absolutely not". When I asked why, he said that I simply need to buy a new one. So, giving up on it, I decided that I may as well start looking at options. He only gave me one option, and practically refused to explain why any of the other cheaper options were not as good while I was looking. When I said his option was a tad expensive for my budget, he simply told me "It's not", and "It's really not". Who the hell tells a customer about what's appropriate for their own budget??? Then, I had to look for an atomizer. As an uninformed buyer, I had questions. God forbid I wanted to be informed. I have never been so talked down to with such a condescending tone in all my life. On top of all this, after he unboxed my vape and dripped the juice I had purchased all over the counter and my bottle, I asked if they had any paper towels to clean up the bottle. He went to the back, got a roll, handed it to me, and watched me clean up his mess. Are you fucking kidding me?? Since I wasn't strong enough to walk away before buying, here I am writing this review of the worst customer experience I've received from anywhere. I have been here before and the selection of equipment was limited to mostly clones and the staff was bored to be there at best. It was good for being so close but not much selection... I understand being a new shop and all but it was a Saturday night and I needed something so I drove to the shop well before 8:00pm only to find a dark store closed and I was beyond disappointed!!! I was here last weekend late and they were still open but this is unacceptable to waste your customers time. So what am I saying... Obliviously they don't care about the customer. This place is screwing tons of people over, that has to be the only way they are still open with everything priced sky high never have I seen prices in any vape store so expensive.i mean they are trying to get as much as possible for anything they sell instead of having affordable prices at which they still profit yet create a customer basis,not only getting about one purchase per person before they realize how hard there getting screwed and never come back. Eventually If there is no demand there will be no supply. I highly do no recommend this place to anyone at all avoid at all costs. Great quality premium juices to select from, nice selection of various mods to choose, and great location!

In between classes I ran over to HTX Vapors to get some juice. Employee came across as inconvenienced first off. My battery was dead coincidentally as well, and I wasn't in my own car that had my cigarette lighter charger. I did have a micro USB cord with me, and I asked him if I could charge it for 5 minutes so that I could use it, and his response was "the only ones [chargers] here have my phone and mod on them." Then he told me the total and I paid, but then I realized I just paid for juice I can't even use because my e-cig is dead. I have juice at home. TLDR; guy let me buy juice for my mod with a dead battery and wouldn't let me charge it for 5 minutes because he was charging his mod and phone. read more

Great shop with a large selection. Had everything I needed. High end juice. Sigelei , IPV, Aspire, Innokin.. All the name brands.

First time I went to the store they tried to over charge me on juice when the price was clearly listed cheaper, the second time and last time the same guy, who looked about 18 had the music blaring did not greet me and when he did talk to me he was very rude.
