And the same thing happened within 4 days. I would have to smoke in my sleep to hit 25-40k puffs. And now they won't exchange since it took over 24 hours to notify. Although since I was not familiar with this vape I thought the bar light indicating usage was for charging status and when I noticed it was totally depleted the flavor was chalky and non existent. Leaving me to leave this review for bad products

Had to stop by and gives these guys a shout out. I am not from Texas, I'm from Chicago. As a…read moreChicagoan I craze efficiency and straight forward service. I got just that on my visit to Vapor Sense. I broke my MOD the night before and after trying everything I could save from recasting the metal of it, decided I needed a new device. I walked into this location, got freaked out by both guys greeting me at the same time lol, (Not used to getting a sense of urgency and attention in stores round these parts) and got right to what I needed. There wasn't a lot of smoke and mirrors, just straight up what I needed and the answer to what I needed. It was a seamless transaction, and I was even privileged by their generosity in the transaction. I am not writing this review because of that generosity, but because these were clearly two people very dedicated to their business and desire to succeed. They understand the importance of a customer and appear to know how relationship building is the key to success. As I was leaving from a transaction that took all of 8 minutes, I was told about the warranty on the device which I never even asked about. Again this insured that I was comfortable with my purchase and new there was help for me should something go wrong. If I could give 6 stars I would I have. I only hope this review sends more business their way. They deserve the business and you the customer deserve this experience! SHINE ON

Took it back. All I wanted was to exchange it. The girl told me I would have to send geek vape an email with a video of the problem. And "how good they are" about honoring defects. But was against their policy to do exchanges. This was $64. I may as well have threw that money in the garbage can. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. Congradulations!! Forever Vapes you just lost a dam good customer!!! I'll take my business somewhere else. You cannot treat people this way.

I was one of there most regular customers. I have literally spent close to $20k in their stores. As…read morea regular customer I was given a bit of a discount because of how frequently I was going and how much I was spending. I was literally going there multiple times per week and then one day the manager came to me and told me her boss said they can no longer give me a discount, I was shocked. These places have ZERO loyalty to long term customers, it's disgusting. Not only did I spend thousands of dollars, but I did frequent reviews on their products, I also promoted their store to several new customers. They repayed my loyalty by charging me more. The day she told me I would no longer receive a discount was the last day I purchased anything from this store. I can appreciate they need to make a profit, but some people (like myself) are the ones that actually helped these stores grow. Yet they dismissed me like I was nothing after 6 years of business. I wish I could give them zero stars!!! The underpayed employees are amazing. I feel so sorry for them that they work for people like them.
