I got just that on my visit to Vapor Sense. I broke my MOD the night before and after trying everything I could save from recasting the metal of it, decided I needed a new device. I walked into this location, got freaked out by both guys greeting me at the same time lol, (Not used to getting a sense of urgency and attention in stores round these parts) and got right to what I needed. There wasn't a lot of smoke and mirrors, just straight up what I needed and the answer to what I needed. It was a seamless transaction, and I was even privileged by their generosity in the transaction. I am not writing this review because of that generosity, but because these were clearly two people very dedicated to their business and desire to succeed. They understand the importance of a customer and appear to know how relationship building is the key to success. As I was leaving from a transaction that took all of 8 minutes, I was told about the warranty on the device which I never even asked about. Again this insured that I was comfortable with my purchase and new there was help for me should something go wrong. If I could give 6 stars I would I have.
