We've been doin business here for over 2 years. Spent a lot of money here. Never had an issue. Until today. 2 days ago I bought a new geek vape mod. Got home and it would not work. Took it back. All I wanted was to exchange it. The girl told me I would have to send geek vape an email with a video of the problem. And "how good they are" about honoring defects. But was against their policy to do exchanges. This was $64. I may as well have threw that money in the garbage can. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. Congradulations!! I was wanting to get a starter kit and i walked in and i see a guy sitting down playing video games. He then tells me rudely that the worker went to go get them ice cream. How can you leave your store UNATTENDED to get ice cream and leave someone in there who isn't even a worker? very unprofessional. You are supposed to attend to your customers. Not leave while on the clock, wait for a ACTUAL WORKER to take over your shift so you aren't losing customers!!! read more

I went to Texas for the first time ever and this was the best vape shop I been to coming from Chicago. Excellent customer service and a great selection!! Highly recommended to anyone around the neighborhood. Ask for Kevin he has great knowledge about vape products, and has great customer service. This review is strictly related to customer service. I'm new to Vaping and really have no clue what anything is. I live very close to forever Vapes which is nice however after 2 encounters with Peter " could be wrong on the name" I have no desire to go there anymore. This guy is lacking some serious customer service skills. I have found a place where they know how to treat customers but it's 25 minutes drive from my house. This is the only vape shop I've gone to since they opened in my neighborhood. Never had a problem before... until now. I bought an Eleaf iStickQC from then less than a month ago. It has stopped working. Visited Forever Vapes to get this rectified. Well the guy at the register knew nothing and called the manager who lied and said they've never sold that model. He then thought about it again and said they've not sold it in 4 to 5 months. Bottom line they're gonna do nothing to help me and I'm on my own. Will NEVER buy from them again! read more

Great variety of juices, although overpriced in some brands that I've bought elsewhere for half the cost. The sheer volume of tanks makes them much more affordable than other small stores that can only order what will be sold soon. Pretty good service. Get the coupon on yelp if you are buying juice. I had a great experience the first time I visited the store about 2-3 months ago. I went back to get a refill of the juice I like and found the store was closed after 10am when it was supposed to be open. I left to take care of a few errands and returned at noon. THE STORE WAS STILL CLOSED. I watched about a dozen customers walk up to the door and comment on it being closed. They were just as shocked as I was. The store not being open during their posted business hours has happened a couple of times. I went by today to get a refill of my favorite juice. There was one customer in the store in front of me and after about 10 minutes of waiting I left. There needs to be more employees to help the constant flow of people that I've seen go into the store. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Josh one of the employees was very helpful in assisting me and answering all my questions and also in recommending great flavors for me to try. Be careful these guys are shadey business. Came a few weeks ago to buy juul pods charged me 20.00 a week after came in and they charged me 25.00. I asked why it's 25.00 and they said juul prices are going up. It's bs because juul's website is still the same prices. They have no business so try to rack up prices. I'm new to the area, and went to this shop for the first time a couple days ago. The shop has good stuff for good prices, but the costumer service there was so terrible. The guy who helped me said his name was Peter, he was the most rude employee I've ever met. He was rushing me into buying something so I could get out of there, he was acting like he had something better to do. I ended up buying their 2 for $45 deal and got out there. I can't recall the person who helped me, but he was really patient and helpful. I came in with a mission. I somehow manage to jam my tank really really bad on its mod. On top of being stuck, the glass around my tank also shattered into pieces from my attempts to change the coil the day before. The guy who was helping me, (bless his heart), manage to get the bottom part off my mod in minutes!! Then it was time to remove the coil from the top part of my tank. After countless attempts, we though all hope was lost. He didn't give up and kept soaking that part in hot water in order to help the metal loosen up. This took quite some time, since he was able to take care of 5 costumers, while still trying to fix my tank. After about 30mins of struggling, he managed to fix all of it. The coil and the glass, and it only cost me $10, instead of the $50 I was willing to pay for a new tank. I'll definitely come back again. read more

I used to love coming here! I used to be a regular and always stopped by for some ejuice. They have a great selection on both mods and ejuice. They were already pretty pricey at first but the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and like to hook it up now and then if you're a regular. But I stopped coming here because they stopped doing two for $25 on all 15mls and raised prices for single bottles. It was actually two for $20 at first for 15ml, by the way. They changed their point system on top of that. You get one point for every $1o you spend and when you reach fifty points, you get a free clone mod. But now, they've raised it to a hundred points for a clone... Its crazy because you have to spend $1,000 to get a clone that's roughly under $100. They got rid of double points on Tuesdays as well, so it makes me feel like I'm spending way too much on ejuice, when before, I didn't mind because double points would get me closer to fifty points. Plus the store manager (or owner, whatever), Ricky will always try ripping my boyfriend and I off. He once tried selling my boyfriend two $18 bottles for forty dollars, saying it was a deal! He also knows nothing about mods or ejuice. He doesn't even vape. He will try pushing you to buying things and will make you feel some type of way when you choose to not buy. His employees will give my boyfriend a good price for products and once he's ready to pay, Ricky will try to charge way more than what he was told. If you're gonna come here, be ready to spend. read more
