The employees are always super helpful, but the new policy with the alarm is super dehumanizing to both the employees and the customers. This is literally the worst decision I could ever come up with as a manager. It's like you're trying to sink your business. I can't emphasize more how annoying and jarring the alarm is. I got just that on my visit to Vapor Sense. I broke my MOD the night before and after trying everything I could save from recasting the metal of it, decided I needed a new device. I walked into this location, got freaked out by both guys greeting me at the same time lol, (Not used to getting a sense of urgency and attention in stores round these parts) and got right to what I needed. There wasn't a lot of smoke and mirrors, just straight up what I needed and the answer to what I needed. It was a seamless transaction, and I was even privileged by their generosity in the transaction. I am not writing this review because of that generosity, but because these were clearly two people very dedicated to their business and desire to succeed. They understand the importance of a customer and appear to know how relationship building is the key to success. As I was leaving from a transaction that took all of 8 minutes, I was told about the warranty on the device which I never even asked about. Again this insured that I was comfortable with my purchase and new there was help for me should something go wrong. If I could give 6 stars I would I have. Vast selection of products, apparel, and no shortage of excellent customer service This team of brothers are genuinely kind and enjoys serving each and every customer that enters the shop. Personally, I'm transitioning from a 3 to 0 nicotine. No matter who is working they are support this transition and remind me of my goal if I try to sway. The transition has been easier than I expected. There is such a variety of zero juices and disposables. Plus, they have natural and organic papers, vape juices, and disposables. Never was I pressured to purchase anything I didn't need or that was not a part of the goal. They always ensure my products are working properly BEFORE I leave the shop. I'm almost done I promise....
