I'll start by admitting I'm no expert when it comes to smoking products. But I have been to my fair share of smoke shops and I know what quality is and isn't. Burn definitely is quality. You'll never feel sleezy browsing the store. The employees make you feel welcome and gladly answer any questions you might have in a clear way. Burn has a lot of products and the store is very clean and accessible. Make this your shop for smoking goodies. read more

I feel so fortunate to have come in when Eli was on shift! He really went out of his way to educate me & direct me away from products that didn't fit my needs and helped find the right things for me in store. I learned a LOT and I def feel that I can come back and get trustworthy advice while shopping. Will be back! Prices aren't bad either. Expect to feel welcomed and don't hesitate to ask questions, they seem happy to help! read more

Almost what you would expect in a smoke shop. Not very attentive just walking around having personal conversations with no help. I walked in with airpods in as nearly every human does because that's their purpose. After I stood there for a good 7 minute is with no help thanked them for their help and left. Excuses were.. 1. we thought you were listening to music. 2. Why didn't I speak to them ( when they should probably be greeting customers upon entrance whether perceived to be listening or engaged in something or not. If fact I spoke to the long haired gentleman engaged in conversation as well as the rude Caucasian young lady as I walked in. He spoke back, she claimed to not hear anything. Which is a clear testament to her poor attentiveness and lack of service or customer knowledge. So basically no accountability. Anyway all I wanted was some hookah geez. Dr. Anthony Martin read more

Showed up here at 9 and the hours showed closing at 10, the two employees told us they were closed as soon as we walked in. It seemed as though they wanted to close early because the guy said cloud chasers is open, this place is unprofessional. read more

Bought some really cool things here after finding this place on a whim. I really appreciated how nice everyone was!! Julian was awesome and he took the time to really educate me on what I was buying to make the right decision! He passes the vibe check for sure. I will return!! The prices were fair too imo read more

My 1500th review! This isn't your typical dank smoke shop. Service and selection are both great. I dropped in to buy some CBD oil for a friend's friend who has krone disease, and they had exactly what she wanted. They also have hand-blow pipes and they're organized by location - so if you want to support a local Houston or Austin artists ... you can! Don't forget to check-in via Yelp. You'll save 10% on your glass purchase. read more

This is more a review of their CBD cartridge products. Low quality in my opinion. I've made two purchases and both products wouldn't pull threw my ooze pen and what did pull was highly impure CBD. Customer service is a bit lackadaisical as well. I'll be trying a different store. read more

The people working there seriously hate that job for them to act the way they do. Absolutely no good customer service except for the back guy. I go there due to its convenience of being so close to where I live. 1. I went in to buy some Tobacco for my hooka and paid cash for the flavor. The guy with the Beanie didn't give me proper change and I guess it's my fault too because I have having a small convo with the black gentleman. When I went back he completely denied it and wouldn't y'all me. 2. Bought a puff bar there that turned out to be faulty literally 30 minutes after the purchase. I've spent a lot of money there and these guys could replace a $10 electronic puff bar. Horrible customer service. The owner doesn't know jack shit about training his employees. I work in customer service and they guy who work at this smoke shop act like they don't give 2 shit about their customer. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. -Shah read more

Bad customer service at this place. Very inattentive and not a good attitude at all. I feel like it's as if it's a hassle for them to deal with customers. Did not feel welcomed at all. I do not recommend this place. read more

I'm so mad no one has gotten back to me in two+ weeks***(IM IN A GAME OF PHONE TAG AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY)*** I got a really nice pice from this store but guess what i never got my whole set up what happened to my carb cap that goes with the pice that you can clearly see anytime you look up the store on maps ???? Why did I pay for somthing that I didn't get ??? Even if it was extra I have the money why didn't I get it ??? I SAVED UP FOR OVER A MONTH TO GET THIS PICE AND I DIDNT GET THE CARB CAP!?? This is so dumb and the workers there will give you their word that the manager will contact you in the next hour and guess what you won't get a call. I've left my number to strangers in this store that work there about four times I'm done with it. IF I don't see my money or at the least my cap and a I'm sorry I will be doing somthing more about this in a legal way. If you like to play games definitely go to this smoke shop. They have made me cry about 3 times read more

I went in on a Saturday night a little nervous thinking I would be intimidated but Kevin & Rob really welcomed me in and schooled me on all things vape. I was impressed. They really know their stuff! I wanted a medicinal CBD oil and they helped me choose the right product for my needs. I walked out feeling so much more confident about vaping, e-juice, and oils. I told them as I was leaving that this would probably be my home away from home. Lol Cool ass vibe and I look forward to doing more business with them. Check em out! read more

This has to be one of the best smoke shops I've ever been too! Customer service is on POINT! Thanks guys:) - Happy customer

Absolute trash service, bordering on prejudice. I'm a black customer who went with my white partner to the store. The employee (black guy, dreads) absolutely ignored my partner who waited patiently at the counter to be helped. His vape juice was behind the counter. After a couple mins a black customer who had come in after us walked up to the counter with his white gf (they had been in the store browsing but not yet ready) and the employee jumped to help them without saying a word to my partner. My partner handled it gracefully and waited for the other couple to be done before asking for his vape juice, and he even complimented the employee on the store to make him feel at ease. I love Houston and was so personally disrespected and saddened at the interaction. It is not a good representation of our community to be prejudiced or unprofessional, regardless of race/gender/creed and this injustice needs to be pointed out. We killed him with kindness but make no mistake, it was straight up bullshit. read more

Very helpful and usually have a great variety of CBD oil in stock.

First let me just tell you...Yes! They have it! Lol! Their store is stocked with everything you think you want in the smoke world. What I loved even more was how nice the workers were to me...I will definitely be back! Kindness and attention will take you soooo far! Thank you read more

The staff is awesome and very helpful! I've been here twice now and had a great experience both times! They also have a huge selection of all products! Thanks so much! read more

Super cool place. The glass pieces here are amazing and I like how they put the name of the artist and where they are from next to the glass . Very friendly and helpful staff. I found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back in the future. I had no Idea it was rated #1 but I figured that out really quick as soon as I walked in. read more

Burn Smoke Shop 2 - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Houston, Texas

Loved this place. Very clean and well stocked. I was greeted immediately and helped by a gentleman with very well maintained locs. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answer everyone of the many questions I had asked. He even referred me to the loyalty rewards program. Love this store. Placed into my favorites even though it isn't the closest to my house. read more

Super nice people and a value. Best in area according to WADE. Slayer for free too. Excellent selection and attractive employees

Nice and clean with tons of options! Really enjoyed it and looking forward to the next trip!

Great service, fantastic selection & lots of glass by local artists! Not much else I need to say, come on by and check it out, you will leave with something! read more

Super friendly staff, ridiculously helpful. I'm a newbie to this whole world, and they were nothing but helpful and patient and super friendly. I've been to five star restaurants where the waiters weren't this nice to me. They changed my whole perception of the industry. I was expecting a bunch of dorks or burn outs, and these guys were just friendly vape / pipe nerds in Sublime T-shirt's and beanies. This is my go to shop for supplies and accessories now. read more

Horrible customer service. One employee (the short fat guy) is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I requested to see a product on the shelf and he refused to show me and said "you can see it from there" I think he was hungry or in a bad mood. read more

I just needed to get a replacement glass pipe here and was able to get a 10% discount for checking in on Yelp and the guy working the counter was very helpful although I was only there maybe 10 minutes. Only thing I didn't like was they had music on that had cuss words just about every other word and is very distracting and it made me want to leave quickly. Better music would have made me probably stay and linger and possibly have spent more. The ambience for a sale was not present there. maybe the manager should rethink what they are listening to over the loudspeakers. It's not about what they want it's about what the customers want. At least if you want to keep customers coming back. read more

Test your CBD oil! After listening to the employees here I went home and started using CBD. A week later after reading some news about the dangers of CBD from local places and decided to test myself. I failed on 3 tests. As far as I was told there was no chance of this happening, yet here I am. read more

easy to get to. right in the middle of everything. i came in, was immediately tended to and checked out within minutes. they have a great selection of stuff. next time i will spend a little more time in the store to check out all that they really have. they also are good about answering the phone. business' are bad about that nowadays. the guy who answered the phone and helped me was very nice. read more

Great selection of hand blown glass, from local artists, for great reasonable prices. The staff are really friendly, and ensure you are buying a product that you need, without overselling. My favorite pieces which I've had for years, were purchased here. I highly recommend. read more

My first time to visit. Jacoby was very helpful and patient. I had lots of questions re. CBD and he patiently answer all.

They have a large selection. I come here to pick up RAW organic hemp paper cones which can be hard to find in smaller smoke shops.

Decided to come here after reading the good reviews. Richard was helpful in getting us we needed, and he suggested a few other pieces to get in the future. Very knowledgeable guy! He even gave us some filters to try. We'll definitely be back for our glass piece maintenance needs! read more

My friend and I stopped by to browse. We found a couple of things we wanted to look at. The 2 "gentlemen" that were working were incredibly rude. Being that we were the only people in the store they should have actually wanted to help us and sell something. Not cheap items either: a scale and some hand blown glass. All they wanted was us out so that they could close. I wouldnt recommend this store (Montrose) to even my worst co worker. There are too many other good places to shop in Houston. read more

This is not just a vape shop. My husband and I went in, whole the staff is nice, they don't know much about vaping. There was a forest timer there and they were going to sell him 0 mg e juice. If you know what you are doing it is ok. If your a new vapor go to vape only store read more

One of the best shops in houston, and by one of, I mean if you account for ALL stores like HEB montrose, star pizza, and christian tailgate on I-10 then you know I mean that all other smoke shops are a waste of your time. The knowledge of the staff as the educate you on the products and how they use tobacco to either vape it or to warm it in a burner, also great selection on insence and other items such as party pee for pranks and stuff to help you detox so you can get that new years resolution up to be par and have your body clean of contiments, come on up and check it out! read more
