I love this company and how helpful they are to me. I have been using a CPAP since 2018. I have bought supplies and a travel CPAP from them. In the last couple of weeks, my original Airsense 10 has malfunctioned after 8 years - the on/off button on the top of the unit stopped working. I am plugging in and unplugging the unit to turn it on and off. I tried going through insurance to get a new unit through insurance. That was a joke. A new Airsense 11 is $235 per month for 18 months - $4230 total cost from an insurance approved Durable Medical Supply company. I asked why it was so high. I was told that they set it up and teach me how to use it. I said - NO WAY. I have been researching online and found the AirSense 10 has better reviews and over the years I have learned to do the settings myself. I am not having a new sleep study, so why pay them the outrageous amount for a machine with bad reviews? I called CPAP.com and discussed it with the associate on the phone. When I asked for a replacement order to be sent, it took another 5 minutes and then was told they could not ship for free like the 1st order because it was not over $99. I explained the 1st order was for a quantity of 2 and I only wanted 1 to verify the mask would work correctly. They were unable to honor the previous price so I politely ended the call and took my business to another site. My last few experiences at cpap.com have not been good. We do not recommend Cpap.com We purchased a travel Cpap/Apap machine, which does not function correctly and Cpap.com refuses to return or exchange. Instead we have to send in for "warranty work" which can take up to 6 weeks or more. We cooperated on the trouble shooting. No exact timeline. We have had it less than 2 weeks. We have been calling about it since we received it. Warranty work does not help as our next trip is in less than 6weeks. On top of that we have to pay for the shipping on a new machine, which does not work properly. It is not a first machine. My husband has used one for over 20 years and knows how to wear a mask and how it should operate. I will say they were quick on shipping and accepting our money, but no help after that read more

I ordered replacement cushions, but for some bizarre reason, I couldn't figure out how to attach them to the mask. Maybe I was tired, maybe I was distracted. I have no idea, but I couldn't figure it out. I called customer service, and in just a few words, the customer service representative explained what to do and offered to send me a video.
