Ladies! Ladies! If you are suffering from ovarian cysts or fibroids, then it's a must that you order the Protease Enzymes. I'm a 46-year-old African American woman. I've suffered from heavy menstrual cycles for the past few years. My Kaiser doctor suggested that I try an IUD to slow down the bleeding and, because I trusted my doctor, I decided to try it. A month later, I went back to the doctor and learned that I had developed a cyst in my left ovary in addition to the multiple fibroids in my right ovary that I was already suffering from. The doctors then said the cyst could possibly be cancerous because of the color. ONGOING PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ordered from Renu Herbs for years now. The problem I have experienced is when you place your order online, it DOES NOT indicate when something is out of stock. The online reps. do not go the extra mile of customer service with ordering directly from the store, they want you to do it after you have placed your online order. Their customer service with assisting longtime customers needs to be reviewed and additional training is needed. I usually call the store directly and speak with Sam who is always professional, pleasant and very accommodating. Customers should be notified when placing orders when items are not in stock. I have been a customer of Renu Herbs since 2006. Although I like the products, I have been disappointed several times with the delay in delivery. I use 'after pay' to pay installments and my credit cards has been charged for 2 installments before shipment arrives. I didn't post a review because the products have helped me stay healthy. But today I received the Hair Growth System in the mail and saw that the Renu Silica powder has been decreased in size to a 6.9 oz container, but the price still remains at $89.95. When I ordered this product last year, the Renu Silica was 14 oz for $89.95. The past delivery delays and decrease in the product for the same price is disappointing. Robin Anthony if you are going decrease your products and leave the prices the same, you should at least put a disclaimer or some type of pop-up over the product announcing a change in the product size. This keeps supportive consumers from being surprised. If you can announce the new silk pillow case, And update your website with new pictures and testimonials, you should update your website with a decrease in the size of the product. read more

I love her products they are awesome, unfortunately I have to agree with another reviewer that was upset after ordering it took 3 weeks to receive their order, of course after I experienced this I had to figure out on my own that apparently my products were on back order and I shouldn't have had to do that I should have been informed via email of that being the situation. I was a loyal customer to Renu Herbs at a point in time. I spent a lot of money purchasing products, but I stopped buying due to the shipment delays. I recently started thinking back to when I was in my best physical and medical health and thought back to some of the things I was doing to contribute to being in great health. Using Renew Herbs products was one of the contributors. So, this morning I decided to look the company up once more to see if they were still doing business. I was excited to see that they are still in business, but I was very disappointed to see that the delivery issues remain the same. The saddest part is, people are placing these orders for products that make life better for them. More than likely, the person placing the order is ready for a change now. I typically make a plan for a different lifestyle that starts immediately when I purchase such a product. There are quite a few lifestyle changes that go along with taking these products. It is very upsetting when vendor-consumer transactions are one-sided. The customer is required to purchase a product, therefore they should receive the purchased product within a reasonable time frame (preferably within 3-5 business) unless the customer agrees to other terms prior to purchase. Customers should also have the option of seeing that products are out of stock and there should be an expected incoming product arrival date. This product works. I am a witness to that being a truth. I am a returning customer for Renu Herbs. Recently, November 26th, I placed an order but the order still has not arrived; it is December 13th. It actually did not ship until December 6th due to lack of supply. Because it is the holiday season and there are discounts, products should be available to ship. When I called customer service, the customer representative gave me excuse after excuse without any discount for my inconvenience. The process for receiving the product should be transparent to the customer, who supports Renu Herbs and keeps the company in business. The hair grow oil and pills really work! They are a little slow to mail, with them right in houston and me also in Texas, but well worth the wait. Ive noticed an increase in both my hairs thickness and length. Ive been natural since 1997, but generally wear my hair straightened, so Im extremely pleased with the product. Additionally, after the hair oil was gone and empty, I noticed all kinds of vitamins and minerals in the bottom of the bottle. I used Protease Enzyme prior to having recent neck surgery, because I was using this product I remarkably had no pain after my surgery. I also use Rescue Now and Silica which has also helped my recovery while making my skin look so smooth and beautiful. Documenting Robin's accomplishments is unnecessary. Obviously, she is aware of her accomplishments or her interests in the product would not have peaked in the first place. Lastly, Tabatha never made mention of ethnicity. There are certain thresholds that are to be met for every field of work for optimal output. Customer service which involves communicating by phone is no exception. As Sharpe indicated there is room for improvement on the customer service end. I spent a lot of money with the company. This product works ! I purchased the colon cleanse and drop slim. I am not looking to lose a lot of weight. I work out and eat clean I just need a jump per sey. So I was told about this product and I tried it. The colon cleanse did not work the first night so I increased the am out I took the next night and boy did it work. It was not a lot of cramping but I did experience cramping. I started the drop slim I took one 15 min before breakfast and I went to the gym and my energy level was great! I do not use the product because I have been trying to call for some information about the product. I called for about 4 days and finally got someone to answer the phone today. I had questions about the routine of doing the program. Like what do I take in the morning, I there something I would have to take mid day while at work and how the tea drops are mixed. When the phone was answered the lady on the other end first of all had broken English which irritated me......if you are tying to have a legit business please have someone that is understandable. Then the lady tried to rush me off the phone after I asked my first question. Then she didn't answer my question but told me the instructions will be in the box when I purchase the product...WTF. I am asking questions so I will know if I want to purchase the product. Anyway she gave me that same response each time I asked a question so I'm Out, I'm Done, It's Over.
