I emailed the company email as suggested by staff and attached is what I was told. Hookah was $25 and I've spent well over more than triple that amount supporting this money hungry company. I was told it was a cheap hookah and normally people purchase for one time usage. I'm not understanding if the hookah is so cheap why they wouldn't be able to exchange it ?
