I was hoping to buy a chair to take home, but the wheelchair I needed was at their Bellaire store. Dan Siegman, the General Manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to prove the best customer service. Since we will be heading out of town for the weekend, he made arrangements to personally drive to Bellaire to pick up the wheelchair so I could have it the next day.
