I stood looking at bats today for almost 20 min. Finally picked up some gloves and left. At the counter the unconcerned checker asked if I had found everything. When I said no she said sorry again not really concerned and rang me up. This is typical for this store. If you want help you absolutely have to chase someone down.

There are waterfalls and streams outside the store and inside the store. You can buy almost anything for the outdoors here. They have an amazing selection of everything they carry whether it be boats, sunglasses, fishing gear, hunting gear, boating supplies, hiking gear, dog supplies, you name it! They have a huge sale going on right now that takes another 50% off everything they already hade marked down. There were hiking booklets that started at almost $200.00 that were on sale for $35.00. I don't even need or want another pair of hiking boots, but at that price, guess what? I came home with another pair of hiking boots! Lol!! My dogs got some new chew toys out of the deal too. They had those at great prices, not even on sale! The service was good too. They had knowledgeable people helping out in the various departments throughout the store. The value is great and sales are typically pretty good (in-store and online), but what's really great is the dividend members get at the end of every year (like cash back on purchases), PLUS the really lenient return policy, they know you have to try some of this before you know it's a good item for you - gotta love the co-op! Note: they recently when bagless, apparently except for the holiday season as I saw they had paper bags for those gift-purchasers this weekend. If you're not a member of the REI Co-Op, it's well worth it to sign up. It's a one-time $30 fee, and the benefits are great, even if you only shop here once or twice a year. (Free standard shipping forever? That alone is worth $30).

The store was REALLY busy (it's Nike, so of course they are!), but they still had the floor and the registers covered. This was one of the most adequately staffed stores I encountered in my few days at the mall. Most is us are used to paying full price for Nike, but imagine the value in getting Nike things deeply discounted at their factory clearance center, and then a clearance center that had a sale going on too...and before you ask, YES, I bought a few things at these prices!
