The sales floor was full of merchandise, employees were readily available for assistance, and the check-out process was smooth sailing. I did need to ask an employee where to find athletic wear as I needed shorts for the gym. Not only did they answer my question, they walked me over to the appropriate area of the store. Most places nowdays simply point to where merchandise is located. Not Cabela's! What a great way to go above and beyond in customer service. He took care of the adjustments and also checked the derailleur for the noise it was producing. It seemed like the derailleur was no aligned right during assembly. He did not charge me for the work he did. That was a great gesture. Don't get to see such good customer service. I ended up returning my bike, thanks to Daniel. When I said no she said sorry again not really concerned and rang me up. This is typical for this store. If you want help you absolutely have to chase someone down.

I showed up about five minutes late and the young lady at the counter didn't miss a beat--super friendly and got me to the class right away. The ranges are set up beautifully. I'm retired military and have shot in thousands of ranges, and this one still stood out. Well-designed, well-maintained, and clearly run by people who take pride in the space. The range price was great and reasonable. The store side is stocked with every accessory you could want--or didn't know you wanted--for your weapons.
