Really nice establishment that made the car buying experience great. Netmortorcars has high end vehicles intermediate and lower end vehicles to suit all car buyers. Definitely give them a look see if you're in the market for a used car. I'd been driving the Jeep pretty hard since 2017 with no major issues. the car was rust free and at first glance looked great. I'm a big White Sox fan so the color was exactly what I wanted. No major issues at, just minor. Had to replace a couple of air/tire sensors. Other than that car was fantastic! Why did I say was?! Well as we all know FCA in 2018 decided to surprise us all with the body style change of the wrangler so I had to have it. Traded the Jeep in. Got about $26k for it towards the JL. I believe I paid $33K for the JK. Got to admit had I known FCA was going to change I would have waited. The reason why I waited so long to do a review is because I don't believe in reviewing big ticket items right away. I must say though. I enjoyed the experience and the vehicle. Overall car was a beast. Definitely check this place out

Their patience, professionalism, and genuine excitement made the delivery feel truly special. I've worked with many dealerships and sales professionals over the years, but Joe consistently stands out. He creates an elevated, personalized experience every single time and makes you feel like a truly valued customer. I couldn't be more thrilled with my beautiful new 840. Big thank you for another exceptional experience! **Original review April 2025: We had the most incredible experience from start to finish... Moreover, he went above and beyond to bring the red bow to our house (on his own time!) to deliver the extra special surprise... He also took the time to answer questions and customize all the options/settings to perfection. I've been a loyal customer for years and have generally had a great experience with the brand, but Joe exceeded each and every expectation. Thank you - we are very grateful!

This auto was loaded with all amenities, leather, power seats, moon/sun roof and a great sound system. I spoke to the owner who has been at this location for approximately 4 years. This dealership mostly purchases and cherry picks high end vehicles like BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and other high end used automobiles. The owners name is Mo and we had good discussions before and after I test drove the car. I noticed that the brakes were a little spongy so I had them put the car on the rack and removed a wheel. The brakes indeed needed replacement. There was no problem or resistance from the dealer and so I signed a contract with the promise that all four brakes and rotors would be replaced. Everything was solid once the brakes were replaced, and I could not be happier. I put down a deposit and picked up the Accord about 3 days later. Everyone, every employee, was helpful and courteous. The owner is a very honest man and stands behind his sales. I have had the car now for 3 weeks and it purrs like a kitten. Very pleased and happy with my experience.

He did see a BMW sedan that he liked from another dealership but they gave him the runaround when it came down to go through the financing aspect. So we continued looking around and came upon a BMW that was for sale here that was the same year and make so we decide to make the long drive from the city to Palatine, IL. We had a 3/23/24 2 p.m. reservation. We walk in and are greeted by Yuriy. At first personally I didn't really care for him because he seemed like he was a fast talker. He brought out the vehicle we were interested in for us to look at which is on this youtube video here [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtrI1vLjVRc&list=PLfkKXXdkDoxcwgDaQ7D5k3nYZnhohjhiU]. Upon looking at the vehicle, I noticed that there were noticeable scratch marks on the vehicle that you couldn't see on the pictures they had. I could tell hubby was a bit disappointed because he could see himself in that car. Yuriy kept the process going and wanted to show us some other luxury vehicles they had in stock. Hubby saw a 2012 Mercedes that caught his eye so Yuriy quickly went to get it. When he let us look at it, it was beautiful. Silver grey, one owner who took very good care of the car and not a scratch on the car. No accidents. We test drove it and it was super smooth. Yuriy seemed genuinely happy that we saw something we liked. He gave us the CarFax information. Hubby gave me that look to say "I want this car". We went through the process of paperwork and the explanation of extended warranty. We were there for awhile. I think hubby thought he was going to leave there with no car but Yuriy changed that and saved the day! He really took time with us and never rushed us out. I would highly recommend Car City. We had a good experience and they pride themselves on having trusted mechanics on site to inspect the cars before they go out on the lot to be sold. Thanks Car City - Hubby still is loving his car and no repairs since! A+!
