I noted all the content of the BC that was listed on the menu and it contained items that I liked. When my food was served it looked delicious and when I took my first cut of the burrito and tasted it, it was delicious. I kept going for a few more bites, and I noted that all the content of the burrito was not there. When I saw the server I let him know that some of the content was missing. The server stated that all the content was inside and he stood there for a few seconds looking at me and I was looking at him and I said OK and I took a couple more bites and there were still missing content, so I cut the "Burrito California in half open it up and call him back to the table and showed him that all the contents were not there: the chorizo sausage and pico de gallo were missing. There was no offer to make a correction, the server just took the plate and left. Came back with a ticket of 3.50 for my drink. The ambience is very fitting for a Mexican restaurant. This was not my first visit matter fact it was one of my favorite places to go when I had a taste for Mexican food and we've had a birthday dinner there for my son-in-law before and we enjoyed our meal and the service at that time.

We ordered the chicken fajitas, pollo fundido and Mexican flautas. Food was delivered hot in 10 mins and was visually pleasing. I couldn't wait to start eating . Everything was super tasty too. In the past I've experienced where the fillings in burritos/tacos/taquitos especially the meats are left unseasoned. This was not the case at Guads. The fillings were well seasoned and could be eaten on their own. Fajitas were sizzling and meat was evenly and consistently sized. Very yummy. We are rice lovers so that's an important aspect of the meal. Rice was perfect. Not parboiled and a nice light tomato flavor. Refried beans were puréed smooth which is ok but not my favorite.
