Half cheese, half pepperoni
Connie H.

I order pizza on a Thursday night Bengals game, hoping to pop in really quick from work. When I walked in and told them my name, they immediately said, "I don't like the way your pizza turned out so we are going to make another one". This was very surprising to me. I thought that was awesome of them, and I walked out with both pizzas which were both delicious. They get an A++ for taking care of their customer.

Cheese less pizza with folded crust. Yuk, disgusting and should be embarrassing

I absolutely love the Batavia store and when working in the area I go every time BUT the Withamsville store was beyond terrible. I even just joined Yelp to tell people to drive past this place and get a $5 Little Caesar's. The store itself is nice but the pizza is not. The food is not the same as Batavia. Completely different look and flavor. They are apparently rationing cheese I guess but this was not the same cheese anyway. The crust was newspaper thin and was rolled or folded at the edge creating a huge roll that left me with basically a medium pizza. This cost me $24 and it's worth it for great pizza not gas station pizza. Nobody would eat it especially me. I also order fried pickles. The Batavia store has fantastic pickles that are sliced chip type. But these pickles were longe wedges. How can the same chain have different food items. Sadly the extra ranch dip I ordered was forgotten from my order as well and no one wanted to eat them. I don't know about the other stores on the growing list but I promise I won't be finding out.

Pizza was ok. My son & I agreed it was definitely lacking sauce. We would have just asked for a side of marinara sauce to dip are pizza, but we didn't see our waitress again until time to pay the bill. Now I saw three other Grammas on my way back from the ball park. So it may have just been this location, because locals around here say it is very good. So I will try a different location & see if the results are the same. Picture: For the 1st time in a long time. I actually left the left over pizza & did not get a box

Why yes, that is a garlic butter crust.

Anyone that hates on Gramma's is dead to me. Pizza is one of my favorite foods and growing up this is what we had. I moved downtown and we have one option, Larosa's. BOO! I hate comparing because its just not fair, but let me describe the pizza and you can make your own conclusions. This pizza has a soft garlic butter crust that glistens like the sweat off Victoria Secret Swimsuit model okay. It's just THAT GOOD!! The crust then has cheese baked on top for a little crispy texture. You can get whatever you want on it. I honestly just like pepperoni and cheese. The cheese on this pizza is super thick! I don't like a ton of sauce on my pizza, and here they focus on the perfect consistency of sauce, to crust, to toppings. Everything is balanced. And the flavor is phenomenal. I've never had pizza quite like this. Anyone who is from where I'm from and has moved away always says they have Gramma's withdraws and it's true!!! Then once you have it again it just makes you miss it even more! Side note: You will consume enough grease on this pizza to last you a week, but it's SO worth it! P.S. It's insanely cheap at only 7.49 for a large pizza Monday-Thursday. This is my favorite pizza in Cincinnati Do yourself a favor and make a trip out to Gramma's you will not be disappointed!!

As far as quick takeout pizza is concerned, this pizza was great! You can tell it was made from scratch and never frozen. The dough is awesome! The prices were great and they brought us plates and cups upon request. I also got the Greek salad which was delicious. The dressing is excellent. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other menu selections. This is our new go-to pizza place! On the downside, the staff is pretty horrible. They ignore you when you walk in and if you're looking for a "please" or "thank you", you've come to the wrong place. Get your pizza to go.

Always hot and delicious! Not just pizza, great calzones and hoagies as well!! Since my 5 year old got to order, picture is just cheese :) my favorite is pepperoni, onion, and banana pepper with a side salad! Servers are always super friendly!

I like the food but one of your drivers is a super asshole and doesn't have any kind of driving etiquette.

Hmmmm. First experience with Gramma's pizza. Not impressed. Sauce is horrible, toppings are tiny chopped pieces of nothing.

Tasted fresh, and came with a slightly sweet tomato sauce. Would highly recommend! Gnocchi with pesto sauce was freakin incredible! Was hard to not finish (even though we were so full!) could eat the sauce by itself Pasta vodka was delicious too! Was slightly undercooked (pasta was a little hard) but the sauce was really good and would get it again! The tiramisu would delectable. Creamy and good size to share for two. Definitely a must get! If we lived in Cincinnati, this would be a spot we frequent once every few months. Its high quality ingredients and recipes, as well as reasonable prices, would drive us here for every date night. Highly highly recommend!!

I ordered salmon and it was nicely prepared and crisp on the outside with summer vegetables. The butter sauce was too voluminous for the dish and overwhelmed what was supposed to be a "light" dish - it was super heavy with melted butter. The environment for a Wednesday evening was busy! We had a bit of an issue in that we made the reservation over two weeks ago with the specific request to be seated away from the kitchen door, and we ended up being seated right near the very small hostess area and of course, next to the kitchen door. Our server mostly made up for it with good service and a very nice demeanor.

I don't really have words to describe it. They only have one size pizza and, at first, I thought it was huge. However, the flavor was so amazing I kept wanting more. Hubs and I did a half and half pizza. His half was the Alms Park and my half was bacon and pineapple. I probably could have eaten a whole pizza by myself. The blend of cheeses and their sauce - so stinking good. We also got a house salad to split. Being that this was to go - they gave us the main salad in one container with their house made croutons in a separate container and their house made vinaigrette in a separate container - it keeps everything fresh and crisp! The croutons were so delicious and fresh! On top of that, the vinaigrette was amazing. We both fell in love with it. We walked in and ordered instead of placing online or calling. The service was AMAZING! We decided to wait in our car and they walked it out to us! They were amazingly friendly and wonderful. Their pizza isn't the cheapest pizza around but it was worth the money we spent. This won't be an every week visit, but definitely a new favorite. While this location is carry-out only, it was very welcoming. They also sell bottles of wine and had signs talking about them. It was a very neat little local place. I'd like to actually try their new location where we can eat in! Do yourself a favor and try this place.

The hot honey pepperoni pizza is a perennial favorite, and when our server suggested adding ricotta cheese, we thought we would try. Wow! The ricotta really takes the dish from good to great. I'll be ordering it this way from now on. The salads at Taglio are excellent, which is a surprise for a pizza place! Well balanced and fresh with great ingredients. The servers are very friendly. Taglio has enough space for larger parties and is a great option for families. The bathrooms have several stalls and are very clean. Those with pets can eat on the tables outside on nice days. I found the prices to be fair given the quality of the food and location - close to everything in OTR. Unfortunately, the experience from the moment we sat down until we left was extremely disappointing. First, the soda from the main machine was consistently flat. After receiving flat soda multiple times, we eventually had to ask for refills directly from the bar because that was the only way to get a drink that was actually carbonated. We ordered an appetizer, a pizza, and an Alfredo fettuccine with breadsticks and a salad with ranch. Our server was Marlo. The pizza came out a full 20 minutes before my niece's pasta. When her meal finally arrived, it was completely incorrect. Instead of what we ordered, Marlo brought chicken Alfredo fettuccine with garlic bread and a Caesar salad. My niece's entire order was wrong, and it had already taken 20 minutes longer than our food to arrive. After we pointed out the mistake, Marlo did bring out the correct pasta and breadsticks--but it took another 15 minutes. By that point, my mom and I had already finished eating. My niece was essentially left waiting for her meal while the rest of us ate. Then, when we received the check, we were charged for the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and an additional dollar for the Caesar salad, neither of which was what we ordered. Marlo did not come back to our table for quite some time, so I eventually went up to McKenzie to have the bill corrected. She fixed the charges without me explaining everything that had happened, which I admittedly should have done. What was most disappointing was that, despite the incorrect order, the significant delay, the repeated drink issues, and the fact that my niece didn't receive her correct meal until my mom and I were already finished eating, there was absolutely no attempt to acknowledge or compensate us for the experience. Instead, the only explanation we received from Marlo was that "everyone is new." While I understand that people can be new and mistakes happen, that doesn't excuse the overall lack of communication or the way the situation was handled. We left feeling both rushed and ignored, and the experience was unnecessarily frustrating. Mistakes happen in restaurants, especially when it's busy, but what matters is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, we did not feel that ours was handled well at all. For the price and overall experience, I expected much better and left extremely dissatisfied.

The gentleman who brought us our caprese salad, didn't directly say anything to us, but instead spoke only to the bartender (as he placed the salad in front of us) and told him not to place any more orders for caprese. He seemed inconvenienced by our order and more interested in his smoke break. We were surprised at the presentation and at the lack of flavor but assumed that the pizza would be amazing! based on what we had read and heard - but were incredibly disappointed. The pizza was flavorless and Incredibly greasy. Our impression is that this must be a great location for college students or those who have enjoyed their drinking experience and need some grease to sober them up and don't mind what they are eating. We were very let down in our experience and the lack of professionalism from the employee who seemed to think that since he was in the speakeasy, he didn't need to be professional.
